Upon arrival to this 3-level beauty tucked into a wooded hillside, you’ll immediately fall in love with its grandness, reminiscent of a chalet in the Alps.

Park your vehicles in the 2-car shared driveway and head straight to the private rear deck, which hosts a private hot tub with peek-a-boo views of the ski slopes nestled under the Aspen trees. While you’re on the deck, fire up the gas grill for a cookout to remember!

Once you’ve breathed in enough fresh mountain air, head inside the home featuring a Victorian style with an Italian villa palette, creating a timeless feel. Spend downtime in the third-floor great room with vaulted ceilings and double-height windows on every wall, allowing natural light to illuminate the room while also framing stunning views.

The formal sitting area beside the wood-burning fireplace offers the perfect spot for a chat over glasses of fine wine and a plate of finger food while relishing the view of the sunset from the chaise lounge or deep armchair. Later, head out onto the balcony overlooking the Thursday night fireworks!

Home chefs may never want to leave the expansive gourmet kitchen with polished granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. With 6 stove top burners to keep the omelettes and pancakes rolling out, and a convection oven to quickly roast your dinner, the kitchen ensures that every meal can easily become a feast!

Why not start a pot of beef stew or vegetarian chili in the slow cooker, grind your own coffee in the grinder, grill steak and veggie burgers out on the grill on the rear deck, or make midday smoothies in the blender? Serve every bottle of wine at the perfect temperature with a personal wine chiller. Every meal becomes a fancy affair at the 10-top banquet table with upholstered chairs!

At the end of each day, the whole group can pitch in with clean up; not only is there a dishwasher, but the kitchen sink has 3 tubs for soap and rinsing water!

Once everything is cleaned, head to the Western-vibed family room, which is separated from the formal sitting and dining areas by the kitchen. The whole group will love gathering in this space, complete with a curved 3D TV and game and puzzle cabinet. Cable and wireless internet access are also available throughout the home, while a Britten hand-painted powder room makes it possible to never leave the sun-soaked top level of this magnificent home!

On the second floor, you’ll find 2 bedrooms and a laundry room - a great floor for the adults in the group to share. The master suite has a king bed and a private balcony for a romantic night cap. You’ll also be able to settle down for the night by utilizing the en-suite bathroom, complete with sand-and-pink-colored granite countertops, a Jacuzzi tub and large walk-in steam shower. Also on the second floor, the second master suite offers a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo, big enough for a nice soak.

Downstairs is the kid’s area! Two bedrooms have twin beds - one has 2 single twins, while the other has 2 twin bunk beds. Each room features an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo for pure convenience.

The major highlight for the kids, and perhaps the adults, will definitely be the theater room. This separate den space with a floor covered in bean bags and oversized pillows includes a Blu-ray DVD player with a movie selection, a Gamecube stocked with Games, board games, and books appropriate for the youngest of guests.

The only thing better than this home’s wonderful amenities is its fantastic location! Exploring Beaver Creek and beyond will be an absolute breeze from this home nestled right above the heart of the village.

In the winter, you’ll have a few choices for slope access: Take an easy stroll across the street and through a skier access easement to the Highlands beginner slope! Or, non-skiers can take a breathtaking walk down, or take the complimentary shuttle to the village.

Winter travelers are sure to enjoy Beaver Creek’s renowned terrain and Ski & Snowboard School. Be sure to grab a cup of hot chocolate and a run down a freshly groomed slope at the Cocoa and Corduroy starting mid-December. Take a day to ice skate, snowshoe, or Nordic ski, and don’t forget to save the date for the World’s Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Competition on Opening Day!

During the summertime, hike up and out of the home’s rear deck to directly access the mountain trail network or hike down to the Highlands Pool. Have days full of fun at Beaver Creek Mini Golf, real golf at the Beaver Creek Golf Club, hiking, 4x4 tours or horseback riding from Beaver Creek Stables.

Also during the summertime, you can look forward to free events, such as Movies Under the Stars and the Summer Concert Series, both great evening activities for the whole family!
