It was a great property in a convenient location. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The area was safe and close to walking trails if you like to get outside or have dogs to walk. I would definitely stay here again

We drove 8 hours and when we arrived they were still cleaning the townhome even though it was past check in. So we left and did some grocery shopping. When we came back the dishes in the cabinet were filthy like they have not been washed. So we had to re wash all the dishes before use. The couch was broken and they did come and replace it in a timely matter. The grill was busted as well which was also replaced. We mentioned to management that downstairs there was an abundance of dead bugs. Everytime we went to do a laundry there was a dead cricket. We were told it’s common. Well I mean I don’t think dead bugs in a home should be common. There were some safety concerns as well. The fire alarm was just dangling and not even attached to the ceiling. There was an outlet outside that had no covering on it. They did eventually come and take care of those issues as well. The neighborhood is amazing. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming to us. Overall it was a good stay. We stayed for almost 2 months. They did accommodate us and let us bring our cats which we are forever grateful for since they don’t allow cats.

Thank you for the 4‑star rating and for choosing our property. I’m sorry your arrival was delayed by cleaning and that you found dishes unwashed, that shouldn’t have happened. We’ve reminded the cleaning team to follow a strict pre‑arrival checklist and to rewash any items that don’t meet our standards. The home had a long term rental that turned over on the same day who left the home in bad condition causing the delay. I’m glad the couch and grill were replaced promptly. Regarding the dead bugs, thank you for pointing that out, dead insects are not acceptable and we’ve scheduled a deep clean and recurring pest control treatment to prevent recurrence. I also apologize for the safety issues you found. We’ve performed an inspection and reinforced our pre‑arrival safety checks. We appreciated hosting your extended stay and were happy to accommodate your cats. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Thank you for the helpful feedback — we’ll use it to improve and hope to host you again.

Quiet neighborhood but the rental is rundown.

Dirty floors. Clogged sink. Poor supply of sheets and towels. Not what we consider a “luxury” rental as advertised. The dishwasher was full of debris and stunk. Microwave was not clean.

A great home for a large group - clean and stylishly furnished.

We had a great time in the home and all eight of us felt comfortable whether in our rooms or in the common areas. The kitchen is adequately stocked with utensils, cups and plates, the beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels to go around. Access to the washer/dryer was key for us as well. We never ran out of hot water and the coffee maker has options for a single cup or a full pot. The management was very proactive and great to work with. Honestly, we would book this again in a heart beat.
