We had a great stay at this apartment in Sterling, VA. The space was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with generous room sizes and a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay easy and enjoyable.Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the property management was excellent throughout. They were responsive, professional, and very easy to work with.Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Property

This property, was wonderful...the location was centrally located between family in Frederick MA and DC. It was the prefect rental for a couple and two young teenage boys. All individuals had there own space. The neighborhood is quite, and there is the convenience of the location, whether it be to entertainment, shopping, or grocery stores...all in all it is the ideal home away from home.

Not as advertised

When we arrived, smelled like smoke. Rail going downstairs was broken and had to call them to fix. Place was not as nice as pics. Very run down. Dishwasher broke and flooded and took 3 days to fix. Door upstairs broken and never fixed. Mice poop in stove. Bbq rusted real bad. Never got a call back on how unhappy we were. Ignored. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this property.

We thank Ocean for his feedback. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously, and it's concerning to hear about this experience. We checked in with our cleaners and our inspectors who said no smell of smoke was found. We also had a professional pest control company evaluate the property and found no trace of mice or mice feces. I understand the frustration with the maintenance delays and communication gaps; however, I assure you that we do not ignore our guests. We replied to Oceans rail and dishwasher concern and got it fixed as soon as possible. We hope guests will take a look at other reviews and see an accurate depiction of our property.
