The team and the property are great. The property was clean, readily available to near by restaurants and grocery stores & as advertised.The property had 4 bedrooms with 4 closing doors so each team member had privacy. We enjoyed it and liked the time we had on property.

I specifically asked this host and explained that I needed a ground floor bedroom I was told that the person could access the bottom floor through the back so they could avoid steps. This was a lie. The person who had surgery had to climb steps which he was NOT supposed to do. We are very disappointed and I will make sure not use this sub under VRBO ever again.

We responded, "Hi Kim! Yes, the ground floor doesn't have a bedroom, but there's a cozy room in the basement with a king-size bed. The master and other queen bedrooms are upstairs. If you have any more questions or need anything else, please feel free to reach out — we're happy to help! Warm regards, Newman Hospitality Team." After this, you asked how many steps down to the basement, to which we replied that there were 13 steps. Possibly someone from your group got confused with the information you relayed. I hope this clears things up and guests see that we respond with the correct information and accurately depict our property online.

Quiet unit

The location of this rental is ideal. It is very quiet. The cellar en suite is perfect for privacy from the rest of the unit. The eating area is spacious and easily fits eight people. The back yard was perfect for our dog with enough grass for him and enough patio area for us.

Great home for family visits in a safe area

Loved the bones of this home! Lots of space for everyone to spread out, yet join together for meals, playing games, or just to watch tv. There was ample space and nicely stocked kitchenware. Some implements in the rental need attention, such as stove burners that were not working, grungy walls that needed repainting, clocks and remotes with dead batteries (we replaced some so we could use them). Extra towels and blankets would have been nice to have on hand. The property management was amazing! They provided nearly immediate response to our questions and needs.
