The apartment is upstairs over the garage and part of the house. The separate entrance opens to the living room. There is a sleeper couch in the living room that makes into a queen bed, plus a another couch and two chairs. There is an complete kitchen with a Keurig, dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs and pans provided. The bedroom with a queen bed is beside the living room. The bathroom has a shower, washer and dryer and is beside the kitchen. The outdoor steps lead to a deck and the entrance door. There is parking space close to the entrance.

The apartment is convenient to Miami University's athletic fields, uptown Oxford and Hueston Woods State Park.

Great, quiet spot in the country

Our visit was to view the eclipse and the host was great. Her son lent us some chairs. Wonderful apartment in the country.

Easy drive to Miami Uni

We had a weekend sporting event at Miami. Were thrilled that in only 2 turns and <10 min. we were on campus. It was very quiet in the country, great for napping between contests.

Perfect Oxford option!

I booked this apartment as an alternative to the local motels uptown and it was absolutely worth it! Coming for a visit with my Miami student, this place is a delightful home away from home. Great sleeping in a comfy bed/bedroom, and on one of the nights, my kid even stayed over on the sleeper sofa. There is a big kitchen for cooking with a dining area. It's surprising how much space was in this cozy, private apartment. I arrived after a loooong delay on snowy roads, late at night, and my hosts were so gracious as to stay in contact to give me guidance in finding the driveway. It's less than 10 minutes to Miami's campus/uptown Oxford. Had a lovely stay and a lovely visit and will be excited to come back again!

Very quiet!

We stayed for the weekend for a swim meet at Miami University. My husband and three kids and I loved the property. Having the washer and dryer was SO HELPFUL. Big apartment, clean, and comfortable beds.

We moved to Oxford in 1976 for graduate school at Miami University and employment there. We now live about 5 miles northeast of uptown Oxford and enjoy living in the rural area with woods in our backyard. It was our dream to design and build our own home which we accomplished in 2000. With our family all grown, we now enjoy sharing our extra space with visitors to Oxford.
