Your place in paradise.
This condo has been renovated and has all brand-new furniture. There are no worries about getting a good night's sleep on the king-size Posture Pedic mattress. There is also a comfortable sleeper sectional with a Serta mattress, 50" led TV, and a walk-in closet.

The Neighborhood
St. Pete Beach has a farmers' market every weekend, as well as parks and restaurants all within walking distance.
There is a boat rental within walking distance in case you would like to take out jet skis or a private boat on the Gulf.
Sites to see in downtown St. Pete are the Dali Museum, the only permanent Dale Chihuly exhibit, the Museums of History & Fine Arts, and the historic Vinoy Renaissance Hotel. Also, St. Petersburg is the home to the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team and Rowdy's soccer team.
Getting Around
Getting around town is easy and convenient with many different options. There is a free beach ride service that will pick you up at your front door and take you anywhere on the beach for no charge. Also, there is a trolley that runs from the southern end of Pass-A-Grille to North Clearwater Beach & Downtown St. Pete. There are Island Ferry Boat Tours that provide a ferry service to bring you to downtown St. Pete from the beaches for $25 round trip!
