What A View!

The condo was perfect for our little family vacation. Our son slept on the sofa bed and he had a blast swimming in the pool. The view is outstanding and the location is great!

RELAXING!

Clean and pretty much all you need! The bedroom and bed was fantastic! Comfortable and relaxing view of Intracoastal and boats….many dolphins! Easy and great price for location. Great restaurants. Grab a pizza at Jets and take it to Madeira Beach to watch sunset! Definitely 4 stars!

Wonderful Place

My husband and I stayed and it was convenient to everything. The Property Manager was wonderful and even called us to let us know the property was available well before time. Pool and Hot tub felt fantastic. Perfect little get away for 2. Fishing on the wall and bridge are available, but the dock was taken out by the hurricane and not yet replaced. There are also 2 community grills and picnic tables that are not shown in the pictures. Full time residents were very inviting. Will stay again , saved as one of my favorites & highly recommend for anyone

We loved this 3rd floor unit because of the bay views and being able to spot dolphins and manatees from the balcony. The unit was very comfortable and had everything you need. I loved that the couch faced the door wall because we had a wonderful view of the bay when we were inside. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was quite refreshing in the heat of the day and was never overly crowded. Doc Ford’s restaurant was next door and 2 doors down was Mad Beach Boat Rentals. We rented a pontoon for 4 hours and had a wonderful time. We are already trying to plan a time to return to this property. My only surprise after booking was when I discovered that I was renting from a property management company vs. an individual. As a result we were instructed to go almost 5 miles away to pick up a key from their office after doing an online check-in. The thing is the unit doesn’t have a key. It has a key code box on the door. It would have been better to have the company email the code and avoid the extra trip to check-in.

It was an amazing view!! Gorgeous, great location for maderia beach nearby, the pool area is so nice. We wish they would keep it open at least until 10pm not condo owners fault. Our condo did not have keyless entry, it would have been so much easier if it did. We did not know we had to get a lot of our own toilet paper paper towel, we didn’t mind grabbing it and could have missed this in the description. Overall amazing stay and we will be back. Thank you

This condo is in a great central location. Close to downtown and beaches. Only downside is the motorcycles that do 100 miles per hour down Bay Pines Blvd ALL NIGHT LONG! Regardless, this is a great condo and a good location!

We love Boca Ciega

We love Boca Ciega Resort and have stayed in another unit before this. We paid more money for this unit and it was very disappointing that the comforter and shams on the bed and a blanket in the closet were dirty. The entire unit needs a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. New mattress would make a big difference and a keyless entry (both of which are reasonably priced nowadays). We cleaned a month of lint out of dryer and it still needed a few cycles to dry clothes. Need newer and more seating on balcony, high top table and chairs so you can see over railing would be a smart upgrade. We love the area and complex. Love the pool, wish they would open the pool later in the winter since 6pm is too early to close. Love being able to sit on the balcony and see dolphins and the view is so beautiful. Close to everything you need.

The views were gorgeous. The king bed was so hard is was like sleeping on a board and the tub didn't drain properly but other than that it worked for our short stay to visit my sister in Florida. The views made you overlook the few issues.

Surprise for Hubby

I found this listing and to my surprise it was everything I needed and more. I wanted an amazing view of the water, we got that. I wanted a comfy bed, we got that. I wish check in and out were easier. I also wish that when we tried to extend our stay we got a quicker response. It's hard to reach someone with questions. However, the room was clean and even the couch looked like it was vacuumed and the view was nice. All in all pleasant one night stay for my husband and I.
