Very peaceful and relaxing the condo had the pans and dishes to enjoy cooking a meal and eating it on the patio facing the water. didn't see dolphins this time but did get a beautiful sunset every evening. it was a wonderful stay

Small condo best suited for a couple. Good location with great views of bay. Will book again. Be aware that you must pick up and return key at an off-site location.

Check-in is not on the property but a few miles away. Bedroom carpet and bed covers should be replaced. Fan in bedroom had thick dust on blades. It is a small place and plastic flower arrangements on several flat surfaces should be dispensed with.

Property was in a great location between the beach & distance to St. Pete.

The condo had an amazing 4th floor view of the water and surrounding areas. Nice & quiet, and the pool & other amenities were great.

Good view but just a little too far away from the beach for us.

This place small and the bed needed to be replaced about 10 years ago. It has a big sunken hole in it. So do not expect to have a very good sleep. Plus you could not be in the pool after dusk so that kind of sucked! Top it off the AC will not go below 72 or it would freeze up. It froze up on us and we would not have AC at all the last two days.

Florida Winter Getaway

Our stay was uneventful and quite pleasant. The balcony view overlooking the water was refreshing. The central location made it easy to get around to many good restaurants and shopping places. The cable/television/wifi connection was a little tricky, but it caused no problem once we learned how to turn it off and on to reset it. Only one minor complaint, the mattress in the master bedroom was somewhat uncomfortable and probably needs replacing. Overall, our stay was an outstanding getaway.

Great Stay, But Not Quite Perfect

Overall, we were very satisfied with our weeks stay at Boca Ciega Resort. The building, pool area and grounds were clean and well cared for. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the bay, looking south toward John's Pass and Treasure Island. Each day we enjoyed some aquatic visitors - dolphins, rays or manatees were just below our balcony or close by. 420 at Boca Ciega is a very nice unit, and I'd like to give it 5 stars. It's very close, but a few things inside need attention or replacement. > Bath towels are thin/worn. Need a decent bath floor mat > TV in bedroom is too small, almost unwatchable > Bedroom carpet should be stretched and/or replaced > Would be nice to have pool towels > Ice maker didn't work > Update door lock to keypad type (eliminate the need for keys!) Hopefully, property management can work on these items to ensure that future guests, including us, will enjoy a full 5 star experience.
