Sea Breeze #301 is a direct Gulf Front condo with a large private balcony overlooking the beach. This corner unit also has a second balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the Bay. Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo with 1420 sq. ft. The master bedroom has two double beds and the second bedroom also has two double beds. TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Free cable and Wi-Fi internet. One parking pass provided (second pass may be available upon request). Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors. Johns Pass Village is just 5 blocks away.
