(Be sure to see the youtube video on the link below the listing) It is a corner lot with easy access to I-40. It is walking distance to various parks, walking path, Cinema IMAX theater, and located near all shopping outlets in the newly renovated Uptown area. Nearby: Winrock and Coronado malls. BJ's, Ojos Locos, North Face, Dave and Busters, Trader Joe's,Target, Farmers Market, Jasons Deli, CPK, Bucca De Pepo, Red Robin, Krung Thai, and many more). The home has 2 wood decks with pergola style shading in both the front and backyards. It is also one of the rare homes with a 2 car garage in the area. It has refrigerated AC and a wood fireplace for the winter. Washer and dryer included. The home is fully furnished with many personal touches to fully enjoy as a vacation or as a business trip. All amenities included to relax as you would at home. This home is perfect for working professionals with provided Wifi, Smart TV, and office space and exterior surveillance security system for peace of mind. Most of the furniture in the house are restored or handmade. Given its many personal custom furniture and overall feel, it is a very comfortable, cozy mix of contemporary / southwest adobe feel. Additionally, it is a quiet neighborhood with a second available home next door (sauna and jacuzzi at the neighboring property) that houses 5 if booking for a larger party!

We do allow for pets upon approval and a $50 pet fee/stay will be added to your reservation per pet.

This home worked perfectly for our family of 6 ranging in age from 24 to 74. The 3 bedrooms and office provided ample sleeping options for everyone. It was centrally located and close to everything. Nicole made sure we had everything thing we needed to make our stay great!

Great place in ideal location

I was in town for a conference and this home was easy to get to and had lots of convenient restaurants and stores. The house was very quiet and clean. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Uptown staycation

Lovely house and perfect location in Uptown. From walks to several parks to foothills of Sandia mountains for morning walks with pets. Clean and plenty of room with excellent response time and accessories to make the stay relaxing. Highly recommend for a stay in ABQ. Thanks Nicole.

We really loved our stay. We had a bad experience with another rental property company and we were leary of trying another. We had a great stay and got to relax while celebrating graduation. The location put us within 10-15 mins of everywhere we needed to be!

Great NM style home

This property felt like a home-away-from-home. Spacious and well set up with all the amenities we needed. Loved the outside space as well. It’s hard to feel safe in ABQ but this location is tucked into a neighborhood and we were very comfortable with the location.

Beautiful home, great location

This home is in a great location in Albuquerque. We went for a cornhole tournament & we're only 6 mins away from the event. The weather was beautiful, the home was beautiful. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Every roomy, very clean, the communication with the owner was great.

Wonderful mini vacay

Beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay in Albuquerque at this lovely home. We are hoping to return in warmer months to use the fabulous patio. We had a very comfortable visit. the owner is very nice and lives next door. We also shared his amazing cat, Lola! A good time was had by all. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Home

This was a mother/daughter/grand dog trip to New Mexico. This home is beautiful and comfortable with a nice, enclosed backyard for the dog. The neighborhood is quiet and appears to be family oriented. We went on several walks to nearby parks and always felt comfortable. We chose this home knowing that it was 20 minutes away from Old Town and other areas we wanted to visit. We found traffic to be light and the drive easy to navigate. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to others for an outstanding vacation.

We bought this house in 2006 because our jobs were very close and we really liked the area. We liked it so much that we decided to purchase the house right next door. Living in the high desert we get to enjoy and appreciate all four seasons. Therefore, we take advantage of all our natural surrounding areas and activities.

Why they chose this property

This property was remodeled to our taste. We purchased the house in 06 and was filmed for the HGTV show in 2008. They highlighted the before and after value after all the changes. This was going to be the house we wanted to live for a long time until we moved next door! We literally put our heart and sweat in making this little house a cozy living.

What makes this property unique

Two very nice benefits about this house:
Great for working professionals with longer corporate stays!
Its super easy to access from I-40
Its very closely convenient to the new Winrock mall that is newly reconstructed. It is said to be one of the best attractions for retail in Albuquerque. Not to mention, you can easily ride a bike, long board or walk down to all the retail stores and restaurants located in Uptown.
