The house could be cleaner. The sheets in the guest bedroom had makeup on two pillowcases. The master bedroom floor was not clean, when we went to pick up our charger off the flood it had two false eyelashes stuck to the cord. The master shower leaked into the kitchen. Several of the window blinds were broken upon check in. A hallway light fixture was broken upon check in. All the toilet paper was super cheep single ply. The location was convenient.

amazing trip

My family opf 9 adults, from my 30 year old kids to my 85 year old mother plus siblings and spouses, had an amazing trip. We3 came for the Balloon Fiestam, which was an absolute spectacle for the eyes. And we enjoyed the outdoors and restaurants nearby as well. Stephanie was a tremendous host. Unbelievably responsive and accomodating. Such a great experience, we'd recommend this property to anyone, any time. But especially during the ballon fiesta as it was incredibly convenient and avoided all kinds of traffic while also being very close to all the other activities around Albuquerque. A great experience for the whole family!

This home is minutes from Balloon Fiesta Park. Perfect for the International Fiesta each year! You can walk to Tin Can Alley, which has great eateries, desserts, drinks etc. Next to that is a rock climbing state of the art facility for adults and kids. Also minutes to Sandia Resort Golf Club and Casino. Plus close to I-25 for easy access to anywhere in Albuquerque or head to Santa Fe!

What makes this property unique

Has 2 large living areas. Plenty of room for family and friends. Backyard has plenty of seating as well. Large kitchen for hosting family meals. Great views from the balcony.
