Beautiful Family Friendly Lakefront Property On Brant Lake
Welcome to Paradise Point. This is a private lakefront home at the base of a peninsula on beautiful Brant Lake. House is in from road about 250 ft, and only 1 other house has access from driveway. With no roads to cross, and a big lawn, it is very kid friendly. House has 3 bedrooms and a loft. 1 bedroom has a king bed. 1 bedroom has a queen bed. 1 bedroom has bunk beds (twin). Loft (very steep stairs) has 3 twin beds. No linens are provided. There is 1 full bath with tub/shower, washer, and dryer. There is a full kitchen with plates, glassware, and utensils. Kitchen is open to great room area and loft. Sliding door goes out to new large deck overlooking lake with private beach (not for swimming), and dock. There is a propane grill (we supply propane) on deck as well as a big Adirondack table. If you walk down the handicap ramp across the big lawn to the other side of the peninsula, you have a stone sundeck with 50 feet of beach area up to the planters for swimming. There is a raft to swim out to which is shared by one other home on the peninsula. There is a dock off the back of the house for small boats to park, but can be very shallow. There is a row boat, and a canoe with some life jackets for your use. There are also 2 kayaks on the swim beach for your use. There is a small fire pit with wood provided. The sundeck has 4 lounge chairs. There is a badminton/ volleyball net. This is fun place to be, close to Lake George, Bolton Landing, and Gore Mountain. We have great restaurants, and amenities nearby.

About the host
Hosted by Paul Buckman
The house is owned by 3 brothers. I am the only one that lives in the area full time. The other 2 visit frequently, and stay at the family home further out on the peninsula. Our families have grown in size, and we have all loved growing up on Brant Lake.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property because it adjoins our parents home, and our families are growing so more room was needed.
What makes this property unique
Brant Lake is the nicest of all Adirondack Lakes. Not too small, and not too big. The water is very clean, and everything about being there is memorable.
