Sea Coast Condominiums is located in New Smyrna directly on the non-driving portion of the beach. It was built in 1973 and accommodates 90 individual units. The complex offers 1- and 2-bedroom oceanfront and ocean view condos. You can enjoy the great ocean view from your own private balcony. There is an oceanfront seasonally heated pool; you can also grill out on the oceanfront sun deck or play shuffleboard by the beachside. Laundry rooms are located on each floor of the complex. Flagler Avenue is just up the street where you can enjoy great restaurants and beachside shopping. The Mosquito Lagoon is also close by if you want to do some fishing or go to the Mangrove Tours to go see the manatees. Sea Coast is perfect for families and is a great getaway for your next vacation!

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need but zero space for any groceries, no shelves or cabinets at all! Location is great & beach view is beautiful & beach items provided. The wifi wasn’t strong enough to work the tvs in the bedrooms so we weren’t able to watch tv. Also the carpet was wet for most of our stay due it raining and there being leak. The water was so bad it squished as we walked. Due to the wet carpet all week the unit has a musty smell.

Quick Family Getaway

It was a great spot to bring my young daughter (7) and two nephews (15 & 17) for a quick little family getaway. Great restaurants nearby, beach was clean and not too crowded, and we all had our own space for sleep and two bathrooms. The accomodations were clean and had everything we needed to be comfy! We had a great time and will definitely be glad to come back again! :-)

Perfect beach stay

The view is incredible! The condo was clean and accommodating. The private no drive beach was just what we wanted. Location across from grocery store very convenient. We really enjoyed our 10 day stay.

This is the perfect rental if you are looking for quiet, peaceful, family friendly vacation. This is a 4th floor unit in a 5 floor condo. The ocean and pool views are amazing! We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Weekend wedding trip

We enjoyed the property and the views from the balcony were fabulous. We saw wonderful sunrises each morning. There is a nice pool area and although there was construction blocking normal beach access, we were able to get to the beach easily through another property. I would recommend providing more bath towels and washcloths as one per person for 3 days was not sufficient.

Incredible View, Less Incredible Condo.

If it weren’t for the absolutely incredible view. The rating would be a three star. Grungy bathtub, very cheap beds in the second room. Very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. The grounds are wonderful and the beach access is great. Wouldn’t pay this much for it again. It’s about 50 per day over priced compared to others we have stayed at.

Awesome ocean views

The unit was exactly as pictured and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Guest bathroom is ready for an upgrade but was perfectly functional. The management company responded quickly after a bad rain storm to address a leak. The only drawback we experienced was not knowing how far the elevator was from the room as my mom is 90 years old and uses a walker and it was quite a trek. We knew there was an elevator but not that the room we chose was quite a distance. I would definitely stay again.storm. linscroll downminor leak

The condo was excellent - clean, updated, fantastic views. Only one small item future visitors should know - there are no spices of any kind except salt and pepper. My only dislike was a mandatory "damage waiver" that was assessed without the parameters of this mandatory assessment mentioned or described anywhere. I had to ask, and then the response came 5 days later.

Perfect Condo but currently under construction (Feb 2024)

The condo was perfect and the communication was great. Only giving a 4 star due to the inaccurate website description surrounding the construction and no beach access. New Smyrna has been hit hard by erosion and there was construction on the seawall which prevented us from getting access to the beach. This is only a temporary issue (Feb 2024) but would have been nice to know ahead of time as that is the main attraction of a beach condo. We would definitely go back once construction is complete.
