Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please return the keys into to my lockbox

Please leave the garage door remote control; on the table near the entrance ( as you initially found it)

Please make sure that all the faucets are turned off and leave the dirts sheets, towels etc in the loudry room on the floor.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Valid Government issued IDs A driver's license & a Major credit card must be present at check-in

The guest(s) must carry their own liability insurance Arizona lease must be signed

The owner declines any liability for any accident/occurrence within the house , perimeter of the house within the gated community pool included

Glendale Accomodation

This property had everything we needed. Spacious 2 car garage, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable king mattress, hot showers, great TVs, fast internet. Owners even purchased gas grill at our request.

My 3 month stay

Everything was good with my stay 15 min to downtown and 5 min to the hospital i worked at. My one complaint is that Parking is a nightmare. It’s listed that it has a 2 car garage but you can only use 1 space cause there’s a van there that can’t be moved. There is parking in the street but that’s about 1/4 mile away.
