About this property

Excellent for couples or families. Right on the Golf Course.

Our villa provides 2 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths, totaling over 1400 square feet plus 2 Lanais.

It is perfect for families or couples vacationing together. The well-appointed kitchen has beautiful maple cabinetry and granite countertops. Eighteen-foot vaulted ceilings in the living room area and ten-foot ceilings throughout the villa provide an open, island, and airy feeling.

The Master Bedroom on the second floor provides a king Bed with Sleepnumbers mattress, private bath with dual sinks, separate soaking tub, stand up shower and lanai. The second bedroom on the second floor provides a king size bed and a pack-n-play for younger children.

The complex offers ample guest parking, 2 pools with lava rock waterfalls, jacuzzi, tennis courts, and exercise room. The main pool and air conditioned exercise room are just steps away from your villa, providing the perfect blend of convenience and privacy. Our villa and it's amenities exude quality and comfort.

Two golf courses are available at the Waikoloa Beach Resort; the Beach Course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and the King's Course designed by Tom Weiskopf. You will also find several other world-class golf courses within 15 minutes of our villa including the Mauna Lani course, host of many past Senior Skins Games with its signature over-the-water 15th hole; the Mauna Kea (a Robert Trent Jones, Sr. course); and Hapuna Beach designed by Arnold Palmer.

Close to designer shops in the Kings Shops such as Tiffany's, Coach, , Tori Richard and Honolua Surf Co just to name a few.

Less than a mile away at the prestigious Waikoloa Hilton Beach Resort, you can swim with the dolphins at the world-famous Dolphin Quest. The Kohala Spa within the Hilton is spectacular.

Also, within a mile of the villa white sand beach at Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) offers snorkelling, windsurfing, kayaking, sunset and whale-watching tours, or you can relax under the shade of a palm tree.

Family Vacation

We visited the area with family members that were participating in the Ironman tournament. This condo was very comfortable and the location was perfect. The only negative for us in this situation was the limitation of visitor parking at the complex.

Loved our stay

This unit is well-situated in the Waikoloa Colony Villas. It is quiet and peaceful but a short distance to shopping and beach. As noted by previous reviews, the unit is very well equipped in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. Our family group included a 7 month old, and the Pack and Play was a great plus. The owner is so helpful and easy to contact and communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

We had another great stay at the property, it couldn’t have been any better. Loved all the new beach gear/toys and the unit was supplied with enough thoughtful supplies that we did not have to run to the store for common kitchen and bathroom items. This location is absolutely ideal with easy access to beaches, shops and dining. I especially love the patio off of the primary bedroom, opening up to the golf course making it an ideal location for morning coffee and the beds are very comfortable as well. Another very relaxing vacation! Mahalo Kristi.

We stayed for 8 days over Christmas 2015 at this beautiful 2 bedroom condo. Ẃe have stayed in the Mauna Lain and Waikoloa area 4 times and this condo was the best maintained and best value. The beach chairs, snorkelling equipment and umbrella were all high end accessories , well appreciated by us. Everything very well and we would highly recommend this condo rental. Loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks in this condo. We have stayed in other condos in this complex and this condo is by far the best we have stayed in. It was very clean when we arrived. Communication with Kristi was very easy. The condo had everything we needed. We appreciated having a small supply of spices and condiments. The beach equipment saved us from renting or buying. Beds were very comfortable. We loved opening the curtains in the morning and looking out on the golf course. The furniture on the upper and lower lianas were so comfortable and clean, a favorite place to enjoy our down time.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed for 10 days at the condo and it was a great place for our family. When we arrived it was very clean and the artwork on the walls is beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked and directions on how to operate all the systems was clearly listed in the welcome book. We loved our time on the big island and this was a very nice spot to stay while we explored all the beautiful beaches in the area. The community pool wasn’t heated and that was my only complaint because it was really too cold to stay in for more than a few minutes. We were mostly at the beach anyway.

Kona 2023

We were very happy with the accommodations, and they were exactly as described and then some. Kristi was easy to get in touch with (text) and there were no issues at all which is exactly how you would like your vacation to go. We have stayed on the islands many times, and this is by far the best property that we have experienced. The condo is very new from furniture to bedding and the kitchen area is very well stocked. Pool was a very nice feature as well. Appreciated the cold beverages the evening we arrived. Thanks for your hospitality - Dean

Beautiful condo in a perfect location

We enjoyed our three week stay very much. Condo is wonderfully equipped and organized. Had everything we needed for cooking. Very nice to have Kona coffee supplied. Beautiful quiet golf course views. Great for walking. Gorgeous pool. Would recommend that the children’s pool be better advertised for all guests. One morning we had five kids under 4 in the pool. The parents didn’t even know there was a kids pool. Would be nice if it was an adult pool and kids in the other pool. Other than that we loved it all and would love to stay here again.

Great Condo

My wife and I stayed 2+ months. We had visits from our son & wife, then our 5 grandchildren (two at a time + one single, over 2+ months). The condo was perfect. It is clean, quiet, great kitchen, along with beach toys, snorkels & chairs. Parking right outside our door. Kristi, the owner, was wonderful to deal with. Any questions were answered almost instantly. Beds, towels, linens, cushions in great shape. Nice patio and furniture much nicer than most neighbors. Location ideal for a variety of trips and sightseeing. No surprises!! Hope to return in the future.

Wonderful Stay!!! The condo is so spacious you feel relaxed the moment you walk in the door. The flooring is just beautiful. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Our favorite time of the day was having morning coffee on the upstairs lanai sitting on the comfortable furniture. The pools are landscaped beautifully. Location is fantastic- quiet area of the resort, close to shops, restaurants and the club house. Kristi was a very nice host.

Wonderful Stay

This property was beautiful. Each floor was well decorated, had plenty of space, and was well furnished. The property was quite nice, and we enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and that it was a gated community. We were able to walk to the beach and the Kings and Queens marketplaces, and the room was well stocked with beach items. When we had one question during our stay, the host responded immediately. Thank you for letting us stay in such a beautiful home!

Best Experience on Th Big Island

I have stayed in this complex 5 times over the last 10 years, in different condos each time. This was by far, our best experience. The condo was beautiful, well equipped with kitchen/cooking supplies as well as beach supplies. Had a small issue during our visit, and the owner responded right away and was very helpful with a solution. I will definitely seek out this condo for our next visit.

Communication from the owner was great from the start. Plenty of information and tips for the surrounding areas. House was very clean, full of amenities for a great stay beds were super comfy, the art decor was also lovely to look at. Great location, close to the shops :) Would highly recommended.

Wonderful, spacious condo

I love the Waikoloa area and this was my first time staying at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. The condo was very spacious and the décor is very island style. I was impressed with how clean the place felt when we arrived. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. The amenities were great and you can't beat the location within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the Waikoloa resort area. Definitely would recommend and will stay here again.

We consider the big island our second home. As soon as we step off the plane it feels like we are home. We have been visiting Hawaii twice a year since 2008.

We love the Hawaiian culture. At home we listen to Hawaiian music. Even our animals have Hawaiian names: 2 dogs named Kea and Kai and a cat named Hilo.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this villa because of it's location. When we come to the big island we always stay in the Waikoloa area. We love the big trees that canopy over the road when you drive down Waikoloa beach drive. We also love that it is so close to two beautiful golf courses (the villa is located on the beach course) and the kings course is also very close by. We love the shopping areas. We also like that it is close to the Mauna Lani area.
