Central location, excellent communication, lovely bright and spacious apartment

The apartment is situated on a very central street, easy access to restaurants. Each room was immaculate, comfortable beds and nice showers. The outdoor terrace is a bonus. Jacqueline the property manager was lovely and very responsive and dealt with our queries in a professional and timely manner. The street outside can be noisy at night due to it's central location and with the nightclub over the weekend, however we missed the new windows being fitted just by a week! So hopefully this isn't a problem in the future. Bring your earplugs (just incase) and this will be a perfect stay. All rounder great and thank you again for a wonderful trip.

Some positives and negatives

The location was perfect. Near to restaurants, bars and walking promenade. Some noise from the street but not too much. On arrival the host informed that there is some problems with internet connection, but the technician was coming. After several twists and turns and contacts, the end result was that we had no internet or TV for the entire stay. Some of us had planned to work remotely during the week, but now nothing came of it.In one of the flats there was a full renovation going on from 8.00 to 16.00. Luckily we were on golf course during these times.

Verblijf in Alicante

Supermooi appartement. Schoon en erg ruim. Perfecte locatie. Midden in het centrum (enige nadeel hiervan was wel lawaai vanaf de straat tot laat in de nacht), dichtbij de boulevard en het strand. Snelle en makkelijke communicatie met de host.

Beautiful and Bright

We had such a lovely visit. The apartment is in the most wonderful location. It’s light and bright. The living area is full of windows with a view of the park and the streets below. We loved it! Extra bonus: and elevator to carry all of our luggage!

Alicante in Alicante

Apartment was very clean and nice. Not the greatest location as the area felt a bit rough and the heart of the city wasn’t so clean. I would have chosen a different neighborhood however, the property balanced our stay.

Dear Gina, Thank you for your review! We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay at our San Francisco apartment. The apartment is actually located, in the most central, safe and desirable location in Alicante. It is buzzing because it is so centrally located but it is by no means "rough". For a quieter experience, you might want to look for a flat in the suburbs of the city next time. It was a pleasure hosting you and we all hope you will be back soon at this, or at any other of our wonderful and unique properties!

Alicante All The Way!!

Loved staying on Calle San Francisco! At the center of the social life of Alicante, close to breakfast spots, bars, tapas, the Esplanade and the Barrio. A great meeting spot for friends and family. Comfortable living room, nice beds, 3 bathrooms! Loud at night with neighborhood revelers. But, you feel like part of the city!!

In the center of it all!!

Lovely, airy apartment close to the center of Alicante. The street is lively with foot traffic (busy and can be loud during the night as bars let out) and close to coffee, pastries, and all types of restaurant food. Close to shopping! Close to the Esplanade! Close to the beach! So so fun. 4 bedrooms and 3 small baths. Limited kitchen equipment, but includes washer and dryer.

Julefrokost weekend
