Located in the beautiful Big Springs neighborhood of Northstar, this residence is conveniently located for quick and easy access to skiing and the vibrant Village at Northstar. The main living level features a beautiful open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and massive fireplace in the great room, large dining area, wet bar with seating, and a spacious kitchen. Off of the great room is a tranquil deck, which offers beautiful views of the serene open space. Also on the main level is a huge master suite as well as another king guest bedroom with bathroom. The lower level bonus room features a fireplace, pool table, and living area with comfortable sofa and huge, brand new flat screen TV. The lower level has three guest bedrooms - a fun bunk room with in suite bathroom and two queen bedrooms which share a bathroom. Step out from the lower level family room onto a stone patio with a private hot tub to enjoy during your stay. Throughout the residence are massive windows from which to take in the peaceful mountain setting. A tranquil back deck offers beautiful views of the serene open space. This bright and cheery Northstar residence is perfect for entertaining friends and family or retreating after an exhilarating Tahoe adventure.

With access to the NPOA Rec Center guests may enjoy use of this facility which includes two year-round pools, a hot tub, a large fitness facility, locker rooms, a game room for the kids and lounge area for the adults. Outside you will have access to Bocce, tennis and basket ball courts (open seasonally). Whether you choose to hike, mountain bike, golf, ski, or skate, you will find everything you need only steps away from your front door.

- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 12 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- Access to the NPOA is $10.00 per person, per visit.
- This residence does not have A/C.
- The driveway to this residence has a significant slope. 4WD/AWD or chains are required for the driveway in the winter months.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.

House was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated having all the cooking tools we needed and plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. There were also plenty of paper goods such as kleenex and toilet paper.The kitchen is larger than it appears in the photos, which was great when cooking for a group. The hot tub worked well and we appreciated having the extra gathering space in the downstairs den. A few small things of note — the downstairs double bed in the bunk room is probably fine for kids but not comfortable for adults, as the mattress is older and sunken. The dining chairs were showing a lot of wear, some legs were loose, some were missing stringers, and the chair cushioning was pretty worn out. I'm sure these items will be addressed soon as the management company was very responsive.

Great time had by all!

We had an amazing time! We loved the house and it fit 12 of us beautifully! The kitchen is a great size and the dining area fit all of us. It's within walking distance to the gym, pool and to Northstar restaurants. Also close to Kings beach AND Donner Lake.

Great ski trip

We had 10 friends stay the week for a ski trip. The house was in great shape and had everything we needed. The location is great for skiing and the shuttle picked us up and dropped us off every day with no problems. I recommend this house!

Loved Eagle Feather! Property Manager was super helpful and responsive. Lots of room and very comfortable for all. Big kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Super clean. Fun time! A few suggestions- ice maker in bar didn’t work, some dining chairs are not stable, could use a few more chairs on deck.

Perfect for my family!

12 fit perfectly! House was clean, location was great. Check in was late at 5pm and check out early at 10am with no option or exception for early or late in/outs which was a bummer. But communication was spot on.

Amazing home

We had a wonderful time getting together with our family in this beautiful and large home. The beds are very comfortable; the king suites are large with beautiful views. The downstairs area has a pool table and 3 bedrooms and comfortable couches with another large TV. We were able to cook and grill several meals, and eat outside on the deck as the weather was beautiful. Those who used the hot tub enjoyed it! The large dining room table was perfect for games. There is a path just outside the back door for walking which was lovely. Great grocery store nearby too, and an amazing hike on the Monkey Rock Trail within 25 minute drive. Communication with manager was swift.

Great ski weekend

The property was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. We highly enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. And it was walking distance to the ski village. Overall a wonderful spot for a ski weekend.

We have a group of ten audits who stayed for the 4th of July long weekend. The house is nice and clean. (we all brought our own bedsheets and pillowcases though) I personally stayed at some other Vrbo houses before. I rate 5 stars for this house. Only one recommendation is to light up the house number sign if possible. It took us some time to find the house when we arrived there at 11:00pm.

This spacious home was nestled amongst the pines. Great walking trails, rev center and golf course nearby. Pool table and jacuzzi and added bonus for indoor family fun!

House is spacious. And location Amazing! Great Kitchen and very nice Master suite. A bit put off by the 9 pm noise ordanance. Its hard for 8 adults to be quiet when in the hot tub. Which is usually an evening enjoyment. bunk bed room needs updating pool table needs new pool sticks. Northstar resort awesome. Areas of opportunity maintance done before guest arrive one of the heavy glass shower doors dangerously of track . My guest couldn't use it for 2 days. We cooked alot of family dinners. The Dinning room chairs are in desperate need of re cushining and reapolstering. They were very uncomfortable. Couch throw pillows stained dirty pilled. Should be thrown away and replaced. This doesn't cost a lot. And cleaning service should be reporting to management.$ 890.00 a night is for luxury. The management ms Brook was amazing.

Perfect for chefs!

The best kitchen I have ever experienced. Tons of utensils, pots and pans, serving platters and stemware of all shapes and sizes. A joy to entertain in this space.

Excellent Property at Great Location

The house floor plan was perfect for a large friends/family gathering. We had 11 people and it never felt crowded. Upstairs/downstairs set up was perfect for different age groups. Highly recommend this place. Location at Northstar Village was awesome. Great parking as well!!

great place to stay

it is walkable to the slopes - i didn't see any reviews mentioning that - HOWEVER it is uphill/downhill with lots of stairs. And when we went there wasn't much snow on the ground so you could easily see the path. There is a shuttle as well. Other than that the house is awesome. It worked perfect for our group of 8.

Great stay

The home was beautiful, clean and very spacious. Lauren was very helpful and responded very quickly, including sending a maintenance person when we had an issue (turned out to be our fault). Everyone was very friendly.
