This is truly a wonderful place to escape and find peace. Remember you are only a few steps away from a wonderful walk on the beach or enjoying a margarita at the poolside bar or under a palapa. Come and enjoy your stay in this unique unit Sky 1202.

The Condominium:
This is a beautiful 3 bedrooms 3 bathroom oceanfront unit located on the 12th floor of Sonoran Sky Resort; it offers our customers a spectacular view of the ocean! This unit will accommodate 8 persons. Just bring your binoculars and sit on the terrace furniture that includes a three-set comfy outdoor sofa and a table with 6 chairs, perfect to see the sunset and sunrise. This unit has a comfortable king pillow top bed in the Master and also on the first guest bedroom, the second guest bedroom is equipped to accommodate 4 persons with a bunk bed that consist on a queen-size bed and two single beds. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and DVDs to enjoy the relaxing evenings.

The living room has Direct TV and own Wi-Fi access, also a Vonage Phone to call free to the U.S. A lovely living room set of a beige couch with colored cushions, two brown chairs, coffee table and brown/gray rug, this space is perfect for family's reunions, get comfortable and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV with DVD. This fully stocked condo is over 2,200 sq. feet has an upgraded kitchen with granite countertop and a large kitchen island includes a wine fridge, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and many other stainless steel appliances and wet bar. The unit has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for our clients for our client's convenience. The decoration of this unit has been specially selected to create a warm, relaxing and nice atmosphere.

wow, this very large condo is absolutely stunning. Designer touches everywhere. Plenty of table space, great patio, comfy beds, amazing view! We already booked our next stay- and praying for cooler weather in the spring!

The condo was very nice and colorful!! We had never stayed at the Sky before and enjoyed it.

There weren't many people there this past weekend. the bar was nice to have to enjoy without having to drive anywhere. the entire property was spotless as was our unit.

Everything We Hoped For

This property was beautifully decorated, well stocked and centrally located. We are 6 retired adults who enjoyed the pool, the beach and excursions during our four day stay. This condo did not disappoint. The one small disadvantage is the charcoal barbecues. Gas is so much more convenient for a traveler.

Spring break getaway

Really like this condo and location. Would like for the unit to have instructions on how to use the TV system. Would also like for it to be able to access US TV stations. We had a day of very strong winds which the large sliding glass doors did not like. Still rate this condo 5 stars.

Wonderful Condo!

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! We had a family of five and it was very spacious for us. The condo was stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony had beautiful views with great seating for either dining or just relaxing. The staff at Sonoran Sky were very helpful and always very kind. The Tiki Bar and sports bar had delicious food. I would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation is that we wished we had more washcloths (only had 4 for 5 people); however, there were plenty of towels and we just did laundry to accommodate - the condo has a laundry room stocked with hamper, washer/dryer, and lots of beach towels

Stunning view!

The view from the 12th floor was absolutely gorgeous!! The condo had all the necessities. We did some basic cooking and had all the essentials. It also included a lot of beach towels which I appreciated. The condo was beautifully decorated. I loved how everything matched. We specifically chose this condo because of all the pink decor and we loved it! There is a restaurant and bar by the pool that serves food. There is also a convenience store in the lobby. This place has everything you need, there is really no need to leave. We would definitely come back! No complaints about this place.

Family weekend

I booked this condo mostly based on reviews and location. Beautiful view, right on the beach. But I can’t give 5 stars for just a view. This is what you will get: nicely decorated but old condo, has a musty smell, showers are awful and half clogged that you can’t shower, not enough pressure. Super frustrating especially after a day at the beach when you want to wash off the salt from the ocean. This was a total deal breaker.Very disappointed.

Don't be afraid of the brightness of this unit- You'll dig the decor!

I loved the decor of this condo the most. It looks overly bright, and it might deter some folks that presume it's "too pink" but the colors all coordinate, and it wasn't on every wall. I loved the layout of the condo as well. With two different families staying in one place, there is always a concern we will disturb each other. This wasn't a problem, and we hardly noticed when the other family was up. The condo had about everything you would need. Just bring your shampoo and conditioner, cooking oil, and spices. Bar soap, a load of laundry soap, and a dishwasher tablet were provided. This was our first visit to Sonoran Sky, and we have to say, out of the many hotels we've stayed in Rocky Point, this was one our favorites.

Moho en el baño principal

Las instalaciones del Sonoran Sky y la habitación están bien; sin embargo, es muy desagradable que haya moho en el techo de la regadera del baño de la recámara principal. Fueron a limpiar, pero no atendieron de raíz el problema. Está peor porque sus checklists de limpieza dicen que todo está bien.

Amazing!

Our stay at this VRBO exceeded our expectations! The space was perfect!! When we walked in we were blown away at the decor and amazing view. The refrigerator did have a very horrible smell to it and it took some time for it to get cold, but it definitely didn’t take away from our experience. The dish washer also seemed to not work. But overall we loved this place and would definitely go back!!!

The condo was beautiful.

We had no problem with the condo but this resort is not at all service friendly. I realized that there were only 3 wash clothes for 6 people so I went down to ask for three more and was told " well this is Mexico and they don't really use them here". I asked if I could have three more and I was told they would see what they could do. Never got the wash clothes. There were two telephones in the condo but no instructions on how to contact the front desk or anyone for that matter. Each time I needed to ask a question I had to go down 12 floors to get an answer. Seriously, if you want to charge the prices that full service resorts charge then you need to have a much better customer service. One of the questions I asked was "does someone pickup the trash at any point doing the day"? I was told I hade to carry it down myself to the parking garage and dump it in the trash bins. Once again I want to make it clear that the condo was beautiful and we were very pleased with it but this "your on your own attitude" is unacceptable and I will not consider staying there again. I also had to go down to the service desk and ask for a bell boy to come up and get our bags. I'm 70 years of age and that was a lot of trips down 12 floors in a non air conditioned elevator.

I hope you are doing well. I would like to begin by offering an apology for those types of responses from the Staff. We provide towels for the Guest during their arrival, if the Guests would need any additional we will request them for you and deliver them to the condo as soon as available. The maids go to the units to provide dish washing soap, laundry soap, toilet paper and kitchen paper towels, they also remove the trash from the unit and place new bags in the trash cans. If there is no personal items on top of the bed then they will make them. this is to avoid any issues with them moving your personal items and placing them else where. Just in the US you may contact the front desk by pressing ¨0¨ on the telephone. I would like to once again apologize for any misinformation provided during your stay and hope you would give us the opportunity to have back at Sonoran Sky for your next vacation! The pictures do not do this place justice. It's absolutely gorgeous! It exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, so spacious, and had everything we could ever need. The place is perfect for multi family or multi couple. We will only stay at this place when we go back. This resort has so many different pool options and is also great for kids with a water slide and kids pool as well as an outdoor play area. The kitchen had everything we need and even washer and dryer. The master bedroom is gorgeous and the living room is so cheery. STAY HERE! You will not regret it!

The unit was spectacular making you feel you were in a different world. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. The quality of food in all the restaurants we went was good and very affordable. I look forward to returning in the near future.

Little Slice of Heaven and Much Much More!!!

My family and I had the most amazing experience staying in this beautifully decorated condo! I have never stayed in such a beautiful condo before. Each room had unique decor. The balcony was breathtaking with a huge entertaining space, BBQ and sink, day bed to relax on and watch the amazing sunsets. Words just don't do it justice. Perfect for a large family vacation or a honeymoon, babymoon or romantic getaway without the kids. The resort is clean and staff is beyond friendly. Awesome food and drink at the Tiki bar by the pool. Loved the pool bar on the hot days...didn't even have to get out of the water for a cold one. Fabulous spot for a bon fire at night with drinks and s'mores. The staff will help you with everything. Great work out facility that overlooks the pools and ocean. There is also a neat playground for kids on one of the lower levels. This is a 10+++!!! You won't be disappointed with the condo or the resort!

Our slice of Paradise!

What a gorgeous condo! Top of the line decor, yet super comfortable. Our family stayed for 7 days and it felt like home. Our condo had cable and wifi access which made it very convenient to stay in touch. We appreciated all the attention to detail. Our family will definitely be back!
