Please note that our properties have special terms and conditions- In particular, we would like you to review our NO PARTY policies and “Quiet hours”. This property does not accept parties, events or schoolies/school leavers bookings. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises, we also ask that the house rules be followed - in particular the removal of rubbish into the CORRECT bin in the building. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury apartment for families, friends, and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here, the building is mainly made up of residential homeowners not Holiday makers.
