This remodeled 3 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom spacious Townhouse in Mammoth Lakes California is located next to the Snowcreek meadow with spectacular mountain views and the creek just outside the door. Cozy up together in the living area with pellet stove, large flatcreen Smart TV, and enjoy those incredible expansive views. The updated kitchen comes completely stocked with all the kitchenware of home, beautiful stone counter tops, has plenty of seating for your large group in the dining area that seats 8, and is even ready for your little ones too with an in-condo pack-n-play, baby gate, and highchair. There is a gas grill located on the upper balcony, private washer/dryer gets the chores done, boot warmer/dryer, free WiFi, and all this in a warm mountain experience. Don't miss one of the best views and most relaxed, private settings in Mammoth!

The master bedroom features a relaxing ambiance with King bed, private attached bathroom, flatscreen TV. The second bedroom offers a California King bed and flatscreen TV, while the third features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and access to the lower level balcony where you can step out on to the meadow and down to the creek. The loft is perfect for the younger visitors featuring 2 sets of Twin bunk beds, a powder room, and a flatscreen TV for entertaining. The home also comes with a secure external equipment storage closet at the entrance, and a handy wagon for loading/unloading.

Snowcreek offers luxurious, grassy knolls, spas, saunas, and a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a hike in the meadow or a cross country ski trek while taking in nature's majesty. This is a spacious, beautiful year-round choice. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking permits. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 3 stairs to the unit, 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Fantastic location and lodging

Fabulous stay, super responsive property manager. I had to call them to report a broken coffee maker and they responded with a new one in just a couple hours. Walk to bus stop was convenient to get around town or up to the ski mtn. This property is certainly on my comeback list for the next time I have a bigger group with me.

Would be nice if the hot tub stayed open until 10 and if the front door had a numeric lock rather than having to pick up keys, but those are very minor quibbles.

You can walk out the door right into the meadow. A walk to town for coffee or meals is so convenient. The property is well kept with all the amenities you need to make great memories. The table is big enough for gathering and playing games. Well furnished and up to date while still being comfortable. We’ll be back next year.

This was a really comfortable place for us to stay - it was clean, had everything we needed, was close to restaurants, plenty of room for all 5 of us, and quiet. One room had a private bath for my elderly father, which was great for him. It was really easy to check in and out.

Was a bit far from the parking spaces than I would like to lug all my junk, but do able. The place came with everything we need and more than I had anticipated in certain aspects. Heaters works great, we were nice and toasty the whole time. Warm showers all around. I would definitely stay here again everyone loved it!

Good condo minor issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean. Kitchen was nice. The loft with the 2 bunk beds was great for the kids (ages 4-8) but also too far from parents 2 levels down in the bedrooms. Internet/tv/remotes were not user friendly and we lost internet a few times and had to reset the modem. This was our main issue as we were working/schooling. Also, the unit is hard to find and not very close to the parking. We did find the propane tank empty on the grill and it was taken care of quickly so we could grill.

nice remodel, some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The remodel was done well but the maintenance was subpar. The stove and oven stopped working after 1 meal so we had no ability to cook for the rest of our 4 day stay during covid. There was also an odor in the master bedroom and we found a decaying mouse on a sticky mousetrap. Mice are a natural occurrence but the traps need to be serviced regularly. We were given a minimal compensation for our inconvenience. I assume these issues will be fixed so I would recommend this place based on the remodel.

Dead Mouse in The House

Our whole group was traumatized and concerned about the lack of cleanliness and pest control of the rental. The property management is responsible for pest control and keeping infestations away, but they refused to refund us. We would never stay with Mammoth Sierra Reservations again.

Thank you for your review and it is unfortunate that on the departure day of your stay a mouse was found. We do our best to mitigate field mice accessing the properties in every way we can, but we also do live in a national forest in the mountains and sometimes the little critters find their way in. To clarify a refund and compensation was granted as per communication with this guest. Obviously that doesn't necessarily make up for the inconvenience, but we did try to rectify the issue how we saw fit. We are sorry to hear that you would not return.

Dead mouse in the house

Our group found a dead mouse in unit. Our whole group was traumatized and concerned about the lack of cleanliness and pest control of the rental. The property management is responsible for pest control and keeping infestations away, but they refused to refund us. We would never stay with Mammoth Sierra Reservations again.
