Spacious, sunny cottage in Vermont's pristine Northeast Kingdom
Our newly renovated cottage has lots of light, plenty of space, and access to lakes, rivers, bike trails, hiking and so much more. The porch overlooks a field and Audubon sanctuary -- very peaceful. Perfect for a family getaway or retreat from city life, the cottage has a comfortable bedroom and loft space with twin bed and trundle. You'll be just minutes from St. Johnsbury and Danville, where you can explore museums, galleries, restaurants, farmers markets, the Peacham Acoustic Music Festival, Fall Foliage Festivals, The Great Corn Maze, and so much more! During winter months, the cottage is a short drive to Burke Mountain for downhill skiing, Kingdom Trails and the Craftsbury Outdoor Center for groomed Nordic tracks -- we often take our back-country skis right out the front door for incredible adventures in the Peacham Hills. We live next to the cottage, and a shared driveway with our home ensures easy access, so your questions will be answered right away.

Perfect Vacation, great place to stay for seeing the fall foliage. The owners was wonderful!!!
We planned to find a cottage/house in Central Vermont, Peachum was perfect. The cottage was perfect, had everything we needed for our stay. Anna and her family was so kind and very accommodating to making our stay perfect by willing to pick up anything we needed from the store to giving us plenty of suggestions to go see the best colors of the foliage.
Waking up to the most amazing sunrise and looking at the foliage right through the dining room windows. Very quaint sitting room looking out the window upstairs we seen deer eating in the field below. Very clean, kitchen was stocked with anything you need to cook we would cook breakfast and eat while watching the sunrise. We would love to stay there again it was perfect.
Thank you for making our trip unforgettable, the memories we shared at the cottage was wonderful and will be an everlasting memory.

A terric base to explore this lovely area and beyond.
We stayed for a week and found the cottage to be an ideal place to wake up in the morning and to come home to at night. It is spacious, quiet, has all you need to make any type of meal you fancy and has amazingly rural views all around. On the far edge of Peacham, a great village, it is an easy drive to the most stunning scenery, villages, small towns and even a City or two to explore (that's when you tire of the local trails, lakes and the like)! Something for everyone. The owners are very friendly and there if you need them but live their own lives in their farm house next door offering the best of both worlds. If you want somewhere rural, somewhere to chill out and somewhere to recharge those batteries, this is one to seriously consider. Thank you Anna, a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed seeing our village and the surrounding area through your eyes! Thank you for staying with us, and all the best for the rest of your travels. With good wishes, Anna, Craig & Moses
Lovely cottage surrounded by quintessential Vermont
The cottage was great! I loved the hundreds of books, walks along gravel roads, picking up local veggies, meat, and eggs direct from the farmers. Internet was plenty fast for two remote workers.
Anna and Craig were great hosts. Craig immediately helped us when we arrived during a rainstorm. The cottage was clean and beautiful, especially looking out the back windows at the Vermont landscape. We loved staying in Peacham and want to go back!
Property was perfect for us! We were up for an AKC Retriever test and the field and stream were great for getting the dogs out and exercised. Thanks again!
Very easy process. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The quiet beautiful setting was exactly what we needed as a getaway from our very hectic life where we live. Thanks Anna & Craig !!
Spent four weeks at this quaint cottage space. The property is secluded in the Vermont farmland, and is surrounded by farms raising livestock and horses. We really enjoyed the living room in the lofted area, and the abundance of sunlight. The owners are really nice people, and their dogs that roam around the house are total sweethearts.
We are so grateful for the wonderful cottage in Peacham with excellent hosts. Wi-Fi worked well, cottage was clean and well supplied with towels, kitchen items, blankets etc. Beautiful views from the large windows. Great snow-shoeing right across the street. Two very sweet dogs that play and romp around the yard and greet us when we come home. Would definitely recommend this place! We stayed here from Dec-April.
We had a great time, the cottage is very relaxing after a day of being a tourist. We had everything we needed. Absolutely wonderful, would love to stay again
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. It was clean, as described, and located on a dirt road 3/4 mile outside of Peacham village. The view from the large, ample windows is serene. It was hard to leave! The host, Anna is very friendly and helpful, and always available by phone.
Excellent place to stay ! Easy to find , beautiful location. Anna and Craig were super hosts . Apollo was a great addition to the team . Another great vacation in Vermont ! Excellent experience !
This was a five star vacation for me; it was just exactly what I was looking for and hoped for! My hosts, Anna and Craig and their son, Moses were absolutely wonderful people and a delight to visit with. I feel truly honored to have spent time with them! I can not fail to mention my praise for their dog, Apollo , who not only welcomed my dogs, but became my good friend as well. My hosts were extremely flexible about my dogs and made us feel completely welcome at all times! This was indeed “a find” and proved to be “ my piece of heaven”. Thank you Anna, Craig, Moses , and Apollo!!

A lovely and welcoming cottage!
I stayed in Peacham in the cottage for the summer and fall while my husband and I were building our house in nearby Newbury, Vermont. The cottage was perfect for what we needed during this time of transition - clean, bright, well equipped, and a perfect staging ground for our work in Newbury. And I appreciated the host family's openness and understanding in allowing us to bring our cats while we awaited the completion of our own house. They were also wonderfully flexible about the timeline, as we experienced some delays in the construction process that required us to stay longer than we intended. Craig and Anna were so helpful and accommodating. And Peacham is a delightful town. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

An immaculate cottage, sublime views
It's impossible for lovers of the North East Kingdom not to fall in love with this Peachamesque jewel. It's beautifully sited, the hosts are generous and charming and the inside of the cottage is neatly decorated, boasts a magnificent array of kitchen appliances and books, and brochures to local attractions

lovely space in beautiful area of vermont
This cottage is attached to a house in Peacham, not far from the center of that tiny town. It is a very large space, with a separate bedroom, kitchen, dining area, loft, and lovely deck with view of fields and hills. Perfect or one, two, or three people. The hosts are delightful people

About the host
Hosted by Anna Rubin
We are a family of 3 (Anna, Craig and Moses). We love to bike, hike, ski and swim, and we're eager to share our favorite adventures with guests. Our home is a farmhouse nestled in a peaceful valley. Trout swim in the stream that runs along one side of the property, and our open field behind the house extends to an Audubon bird sanctuary. We look forward to hosting your stay in Vermont's lovely Northeast Kingdom!
