Rest by the beach or pool and take an elevator to your modern cottage-style beach condo with washer-dryer, dishwasher, a Guest Room with 1 Full and 1 Twin bed and a Master Bedroom with 1 super comfortable King bed. Park easily in your spot in the covered garage. On beach side of Gulf Drive, so you don't even have to cross the street and you are toes-in-the-sand in minutes! Our porch looks out to trees on the side of the building. Walk down and take a short well-manicured path to beach. Well-maintained heated pool and tennis courts. Close to stores (Publix, CVS), restaurants (like Hurricane Hanks, The Sandbar, Blue Marlin, The Waterfront, The Beach House, our faves!) and minutes to walk to *FREE* trolley stop (runs until 10p). Enjoy 3 Flat screen TVS - 1 per bedroom and 1 in living room, all with Cable. Free WiFi. Fresh furnishings, towels (bath and pool towels) and bedding. Guest Bathroom Reno completed December 2025 ; Brand new Washer / Dryer December 2025. Master Bedroom Reno Jan 2022. We are available by text, phone and email to answer any of your Qs at any time. Excellent beach condo

Location was amazing, even though the area was recovering from hurricanes. Our host stayed in constant contact during the storm season, so we never had any concerns about needing to change our vacation plans. The condo was perfect for us and our friends!

Great Location

Very good location for beach and short drive, bike ride to restaurants and stores. Pool area is nice and hardly anyone is there. Unit itself functions very well. It is a bit dark. Pictures give a good view of the unit.

Very Nice Condo

Super clean condo! Nicely decorated, lots of amenities and touches. The complex is right on the beach. This unit is in the back, but in a few steps you are on a beautiful white sandy beach with the Gulf of Mexico surf rolling in. The owner Julie is great! She worked with me on last minute arrangements. Thanks Julie!

Close to the beach rental.

Facility overall is very nice with a lot of nice people living there. We did not receive details on how to enter rental, we had to call about that. The rental does not have a view of the ocean but it is a very nice short walk to the beach. It was clean. The owner has left personal items in several areas, more than we are use to. The master bedroom is very nice. We enjoyed the stay, the price was high compared to other units in the complex. It is a nice facility to rent with a pool and tennis court.

We want to move here!

Stunning location, 50 yards from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Julie was exceptional. We were travelling with two young children and she couldn't have done more to help us: arranging for delivery of a crib and other items. It was seamless. The villa is wonderfully equipped and it felt like 'home' straight away. The store cupboard holding all kinds of beach and sport paraphernalia was a big bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we are planning on when we can return! Anna Maria is just fantastic and theres lots to explore on the island and nearby (visit the Mote aquarium too if you get a chance). Highly recommend this property.

They enjoyed picking all the beach-y paint colors and furniture and put a lot of love and laughter into decorating. They've enjoyed sharing their Happy Place with Guests from all over the world since 2015.

Why they chose this property

We love Anna Maria Island and have family who live in the area fulltime. Our fave things to do are to walk along the beach, ride bikes through the winding roads of AMI looking at the beautiful and colorful houses, ending up at a favorite seaside restaurant, such as The Waterfront, The Sandbar for sunset.

What makes this property unique

Elevator and condo complex is right on the beach - you don't even have to cross the street - and Fresh Paint and Brand New Master Bath Reno with spa colors and stunning tiles ! Easy access to a Storage Room below condo with all the beach tools, like wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas, you need to enjoy a stress-free vacation at the beach!
