Rest by the beach or pool and take an elevator to your modern cottage-style beach condo with washer-dryer, dishwasher, a Guest Room with 1 Full and 1 Twin bed and a Master Bedroom with 1 super comfortable King bed. Park easily in your spot in the covered garage. On beach side of Gulf Drive, so you don't even have to cross the street and you are toes-in-the-sand in minutes! Our porch looks out to trees on the side of the building. Walk down and take a short well-manicured path to beach. Well-maintained heated pool and tennis courts. Close to stores (Publix, CVS), restaurants (like Hurricane Hanks, The Sandbar, Blue Marlin, The Waterfront, The Beach House, our faves!) and minutes to walk to *FREE* trolley stop (runs until 10p). Enjoy 3 Flat screen TVS - 1 per bedroom and 1 in living room, all with Cable. Free WiFi. Fresh furnishings, towels (bath and pool towels) and bedding. Guest Bathroom Reno completed December 2025 ; Brand new Washer / Dryer December 2025. Master Bedroom Reno Jan 2022. We are available by text, phone and email to answer any of your Qs at any time. We love it here on AMI, and you will too! Great for couples and families (supplied with a pack and play, board games and a bin of toys) and perfect for celebrating anniversaries and birthdays - we've hosted many Anniversary and Birthday celebrations! 1 Labeled 103 parking spot, Additional Guest parking spots. Julie and Alex love spending relaxation time on Anna Maria Island, and much of their family lives full-time nearby. They enjoyed picking all the beach-y paint colors and furniture and put a lot of love and laughter into decorating. They've enjoyed sharing their Happy Place with Guests from all over the world since 2015.
Why they chose this property
We love Anna Maria Island and have family who live in the area fulltime. Our fave things to do are to walk along the beach, ride bikes through the winding roads of AMI looking at the beautiful and colorful houses, ending up at a favorite seaside restaurant, such as The Waterfront, The Sandbar for sunset.
What makes this property unique
Elevator and condo complex is right on the beach - you don't even have to cross the street - and Fresh Paint and Brand New Master Bath Reno with spa colors and stunning tiles ! Easy access to a Storage Room below condo with all the beach tools, like wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas, you need to enjoy a stress-free vacation at the beach!
