About this property

A perfect place to relax watching whales, dolphins not to mention beautiful sunsets!! This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ocean front condo on the top floor with large lanai has new furniture, beds, bedding and more! The building has an evaporative cooling system central to the building as well as elevators. (There are a few steps after stepping off of the elevator to the condo) Master bedroom has an ocean view and King sized bed. Master bathroom has a walk in shower, double vanities and a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has an ocean view, queen bed. The bathroom has a tub shower combination. Large smart TV in the living area. Property amenities include salt water pool on the ocean (although extremely rare, if surf is very high may be unusable)and a fresh water pool, barbecues for your use as well as a common area to sit for dinner. A beach area with lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean.Due to the nature of the lanai probably not suitable for children under 10.

Beautiful Beachfront Relaxation

What a wonderful place to spend a week unwinding with family! We had an excellent stay. One of the most well appointment places we have been. The kitchen literally had everything you could need. And there were lots of towels in the bathrooms. We had an excellent stay and really appreciated all of the amenities. The kids loved the pools and the view was amazing - morning and night!

Great stay!

Fantastic property. Superb lanai with daily whale watching and glorious sunsets. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need. Very clean and updated condo. Grounds were well-maintained and kept very clean as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfection AGAIN

We stayed for 12 nights and still couldn't get enough. The unit is comfortable in every sense: great comfy couch, tastefully remodeled, full kitchen with all the necessities, etc. The outdoor furniture is top quality and just the right types of seating options. The lanai - words can't describe the serenity. The redone saltwater pool is perfectly clean and maintained. It never feels full, and the complex us lovingly maintained overall. Very peaceful and quiet crowd. But just as important - the owners are delightful. They are responsive, helpful, understanding, and just a pleasure to deal with every time. This was our 3rd stay and we'll be back again. Feels like home away from home.
