Beautiful 3/2 home comfortably accommodates 8+ guests for a great vacation destination. Three Smart TVs with cable, Netflix and WIFI access and bluetooth printer to stay connected!

Relax and enjoy a gorgeous sunset from the large screen lanai, swim with manatees, visit one of the nearby state parks, Fort Island Gulf Beach, or take a boat to access freshwater or saltwater fishing, scalloping, snorkeling, scuba diving or sightseeing. Treat yourself to a dinner at one of Crystal River's fabulous waterfront restaurants.

The home is located on a Lagoon near King's Bay, which makes it a great choice for boaters. Several public boat ramps are located near the home and are available for your use. The lagoon is not only great for boats, but is also a popular swimming place for manatees and dolphins!

The garage is currently being used by the owner for storage and is not accessible by guests.

This house was perfect from the location, to the cleanliness. It had enough room in the driveway for your trailer and two cars. The dock fit our 27ft boat perfect with no tide issues or low bridges in your way. Beds were comfortable and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. Thanks again, we’ll be back!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location right on the water offer unlimited kayaking opportunities, and great wildlife watching. The lanai provided a perfect location to enjoy morning coffee, meals, and unwinding with a nightcap. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family. The neighborhood, which we are familiar with and one of the reasons why we selected this location, is very quiet and easy to get in and out of. The location is great for taking it easy, fishing and making the run to the scallop grounds.

This house has a great location. This was our second year in a row staying there. House improvements( separate air in master, air fryer and many others) made this stay very enjoyable. Even got to swim with manatees off the dock. Really cool!
