This modern 1 bedroom 1 bath 1st floor condo is on the “quiet side” of the building you will not hear an traffic from the overpass It boasts a large private balcony over looking the Boca Ciega Bay and is a perfect way to enjoy the sunsets or watch the dolphins and boats go by. This condo is fully furnished with 2 HD TV's free internet washer and dryer, cook and dinnerware. An extra comfortable Murphy bed makes sure your extra guests wont have to sleep on a pull out sofa bed. 10 minute ride to all the gold coast beaches and some of the finest restaurants and bars. The resort offers an over-sized pool deck, pool, and jacuzzi that overlook the bay. It is truly Paradise Found.

My wife and I love it in Saint Petersburg after spending many winters in Clearwater beach. We fell in love with this place and the surrounding areas. Love being on the quiet side of the building with a short drive to Madiera beach and its laid back atmosphere>
