WELCOME TO MOUNTAIN VIEW AT LAUREL RIDGE
Mountain View at Laurel Ridge is a charming, well-equipped three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath mountain home accommodating up to six guests. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Boone, this spacious home places you close to the area's major ski slopes, attractions, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor adventures.

With more than 3,400 square feet spread across three levels, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax. The back deck showcases beautiful mountain views, including Grandfather Mountain and the mountains of Tennessee.

Please note that this home is not pet friendly.

MAIN FLOOR
Step inside the open great room, featuring soaring vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, a dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, an HDTV with cable, central heating and air conditioning, and plenty of comfortable seating.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, major appliances, and a large center island with barstool seating. Additional conveniences include:

* Stainless-steel French press
* Coffee grinder
* Slow cooker
* Electric frying pan
* Dishwasher

The dining table accommodates six guests, with additional seating for two at the kitchen island.

Also located on the main floor is a half bathroom and a warm, inviting sunroom with comfortable seating and a Roku TV.

The spacious king primary suite is conveniently located on the main level. It features a Roku TV, an electric fireplace for ambiance only, and a desk and chair for guests who may need to work during their stay. The private en suite bathroom includes a tub-and-shower combination, heated towel rack, and double vanity sinks.

UPPER FLOOR
The upper level includes a private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a small loveseat. Just outside the bedroom is a comfortable loft area with seating and a Roku TV.

A second full bathroom with a tub-and-shower combination is also located on this level.

LOWER FLOOR
The lower level is designed for family fun and quality time together. The game room features:

* An eight-foot pool table
* Comfortable seating
* HDTV with Roku
* DVD player
* Seasonal gas stove

The third bedroom is located on this level and includes a queen-size bed, a seating area, and a Roku TV.

The lower-level bathroom features a walk-in shower and is also accessible from the game room.

Guests can also enjoy a private exercise room equipped with a treadmill, recumbent bike, Bio Force weight bench, free weights, and a Roku TV.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Relax in the private four-person hot tub on the front deck while enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature. Outdoor seating is provided, and a Weber gas grill is conveniently located near the garage.

Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.

EASY ACCESS AND PARKING
Mountain View at Laurel Ridge is located in a private, gated community. Access to the home is entirely paved, and the paved driveway provides parking for up to four vehicles.

GOLF NEARBY
Willow Creek Golf Course is approximately five minutes from the home. This nine-hole, par-three executive golf course was designed by Tom Jackson. Boone Golf Club is also nearby, approximately eight miles away.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Mountain View at Laurel Ridge is located in a private, gated community. Guests must be respectful of the surrounding neighborhood. Sound travels easily in the mountains, so please keep noise to a minimum while enjoying the outdoor areas. A countywide noise ordinance is in effect after 10:00 PM.

The owners use exterior surveillance cameras to help protect their property. No cameras are located inside the home or monitor its interior spaces.

This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into the home.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.

MINIMUM-STAY REQUIREMENTS
* Two-night minimum during off-peak periods
* Three-night minimum for Martin Luther King Jr., Memorial Day, and Labor Day weekends
* Three-night minimum throughout October
* Four-night minimum for the Thanksgiving holiday
* Seven-night minimum for the week of July Fourth
* Seven-night minimum for the Christmas and New Year holiday period

WINTER-WEATHER ADVISORY
The Blue Ridge Mountains experience changing weather conditions, including rain, fog, snow, and ice. Winter weather may occur from November through April, and mountain roads can become hazardous.

Guests traveling during winter weather must be prepared with a four-wheel-drive vehicle, good tires, and tire chains. It is the guest's responsibility to prepare for snow and icy road conditions. Refunds, allowances, or reservation-date changes will not be provided when guests are unable to reach the property because they failed to prepare appropriately for winter driving conditions.
