This beautifully presented 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom lower-floor luxury apartment enjoys stunning views overlooking Lancelin Bay and offers all the comforts of resort-style accommodation. Ideally located with easy access to the beach and within walking distance of local shops, the tavern and restaurants, it is the perfect base for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, with sliding doors opening onto the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The private ensuite includes a luxurious spa bath and separate double shower.

The second bedroom features two king-single beds, which can be clipped together to create a king-size bed upon request. This bedroom also has its own ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.

The apartment features a spacious living area with a comfortable couch, wall-mounted TV, air conditioning and dining table. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a large refrigerator, microwave, electric cooktop and dishwasher.

Enjoy the beautiful coastal outlook from the large front balcony, complete with outdoor setting — the perfect spot to relax and take in the ocean views. A second balcony at the rear of the apartment provides an additional outdoor entertaining area and features a Weber gas BBQ.

Guests also have access to a shared laundry facility, outdoor shower and communal backyard.

Full linen and towels are provided, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your Lancelin escape.

Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. A late checkout may be possible on request. Minimum 2 night stay.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognized venue for windsurfing, kitesurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.

The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities. This property has amazing views of Lancelin Bay.
