About this property

This well presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home is located 1 minute walk to the north end beach of Lancelin. This is the ideal spot for a family getaway with calm waters for the children to play and around the corner from the famous Lancelin Sand Dunes. After a long day at the beach or dunes come back and relax or BBQ on the spacious balcony while taking in the views and watching the most magnificent sunset.

Other features of this property include enough room to park the boat, dishwasher and gas BBQ.

This property strictly sleeps 6.This property will only suit 4 adults and 2 children so please keep this in mind when booking. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property. Sorry No Pets.

Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. No school leavers or under 25 adult groups.

Guests are to supply their own sheets and towels - Linen hire available on request.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognised venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.

The bay of Lancelin is by far it's best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.

A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

A very relaxing and comfortable experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very spacious, overall very clean, the blinds in the upstairs lounge were difficult to open and/or close. The view to the beach was fantastic. It is a pity that linen and towels were not provided as it meant extra luggage. But overall, a very comfortable stay.

Great for a weekend stay!!

Reviewer Comments: The main issue for us was the lack of an air conditioner upstairs and being elderly the stairs without a rail were difficult for my wife who has a hip problem.There was also an ant problem.House would be fine for a young family.
