Dated but Convenient

Location great. Wouldn’t stay if less than 4 people going due to price but bargain if you have more people chipping in.

Only good thing about the property is the location with a great view.

The overall state of the property is in disrepair and very poor condition frequented by rats and mice. Deck had holes, loose nails, windows cracked and holes. One family member leaving our holiday early due to the state of the house. Otherwise the location is fantastic..

Disappointing - fridge not turned on or hot water, smoke alarms not working or on ceiling, broken to

The house is overpriced to rent - smoke alarms not up, broken toilet seat, paint coming of ceiling but service from real estate was good just very disappointed in house and price

A great week

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The position and character of the house are exceptional, the kitchen and amenities were more than adequate, the position is first class with views that cannot be beaten. We had a great week. Our only concern was that if you walked through the house barefoot your feet became black and required washing. The floors needed a real good washing.

Perfect size, great location

We were a large group, four adults and 7 children. Was perfect for that - especially with two living areas. Bit rough and ready, but that's reflected in the price. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome Location

Loved our stay here. Very close to the pub without being too close to hear the noise. Beautiful view on the balcony. Beds could do with replacement and Queen size put in instead of the doubles. Rooms a plenty big enough. Will definitely be back again.

Million dollar view

Great views. The only downside is the beds, they are too small, queen size beds would be much better.

Great property!

Microwave worked for a few days and then stopped. Only 1 bin liner for kitchen. Property supplied for 1 week rather than the 2 weeks booked for.
Response from VrboOwner on 30 Mar, 2020
Hi Sandra, Thank you for your feedback. We have since replaced the faulty microwave. As some guests come for a few days and others come for weeks, the cleaners only restock the amenities so you can start your holiday. Kind regards, Stephanie
