Nice house and good spot

Overall was lovely. Only downside was the lawns back and front were knee high, being dog friendly and a tick area it wasn’t ideal. Also a pool guy showed up mid day to ‘service the pool’ when I

Family members

Small family group catching up with old friends who are locals. Complicated and confusing check in instructions given. The Outdoors facilities were filthy and unusable. Reported as such to managing agent. Doubtful anything will be done to resolve this

Bday weekend

Spent the week down in Narooma for a bday with all the family. Really nice house with plenty of room. Close enough to most things but always a drive but not a problem. There were a few small maintenance issues dishwasher didn’t work and it wasn’t able to be repaired till after our stay once again not terrible but with a big group washing up each day took time out of the day that could be out at the beach or doing activites. When we arrived screenshot doors were off the hinges and just left leaning against the glass doors we ended up fixing this ourselves. Overall the house is great for a group, big enough you’re not on top of each other and enough areas to entertain.

Spacious, comfortable and ideal for familiesThis house was perfect for our family of seven—two adults, four older children and a three-month-old baby. The open-plan living area is enormous, and the bunk room with two sets of bunks was far more spacious and comfortable than expected. The huge, exceptionally well-equipped kitchen made the house feel like home, and I was even able to do some baking. The property was beautifully presented, clean and tidy, with comfortable beds, two bathrooms, supplied linen and towels, a well-stocked laundry and convenient internal access from the garage. The deck overlooking the pool and trees is lovely. Although the house overlooks a road, traffic noise was minimal with the doors closed and didn’t disturb our sleep. The location is also very convenient, with Woolworths, Narooma Bridge, fishing spots and the beaches around Kianga and Dalmeny all a short drive away.Families with babies or toddlers should note that no portacot, highchair, change table or other baby equipment is supplied. A few more bin liners and toilet rolls would also be helpful for a large house with a seven-night minimum stay. Our only significant concern was the damaged pool fencing, with one corner loose and moving in the wind. This should be repaired promptly, particularly for families with younger children.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the circuit breaker our family needed, and we have already rebooked for January.
