The BOATHOUSE is a Self-Contained 3 Bedroom House, Situated on the flats of Narooma, Opposite the Narooma Inlet and Boardwalk, Close to local shopping and Amenities.
Parking in front with easy acess, No stairs only metres away from the front door. Free NBN Wifi with free Netflix on a large Flat screen TV, Beautifully Ironed Linen is supplied Free, with Beds made up Ready, with Towels and Toiletries Supplied.
Bring your bikes or take an easy stroll around Narooma's beautiful walkways, where you will see, seals and giant stingrays, lots of sea-life and sea-birds. The Boathouse is only a short walk, from Shops and Cafe's, walk to the Beach, for Swimming, Snorkling and Fishing! Boat-Ramps only Minutes away! A Short Drive to Narooma's Scenic Golf Course. and Surf Beach.
Our Fully Self-Contained House, is Comfortable and Clean, it has 3 Bedrooms, with 1 Queen-size bed and 4 Single Beds.
Recently renovated Bathroom, living room/ dining room, Outside Setting with Barbeque, Large Flat Screen TV, Split A/C and Ceiling Fans in all Rooms. Recently renovated Full Kitchen with all Equipment supplied,washing machine and secure backyard.
Secure Parking, with room for 2 cars, or a Boat. Everything is Provided for a great Stay in Narooma.
When You Stay at the Boathouse, you deal Directly with the Owners, you Save! No Cleaning Fees and No linen and Towel Costs.
YOU WILL BE WELCOMED ON ARRIVAL AND EVERYTHING WILL BE READY FOR A RELAXING COMFORTABLE STAY.(our minimum stay is 2 Nights)
We allow a small House Trained Dog on Request, please bring his or her Bedding.. their is lockable, safe backyard.

Great house in a fantastic location

Great house in a fantastic location. House was very clean and tidy with all essentials like linen and towels supplied. Location is fantastic - walking distance to shops and cafes and the wonderful Bar Beach. Maya the host was very easy and pleasant to deal with.

Clean house, sleeps 6. small enclosed back yard would suit small dog. internet provided and close to amenities. Would recomend staying again.

Happy dog

A beautiful tropical themed garden, well secured even for a very small dog. Huge shower with non-slip tiles. Had a lovely family holiday.

Maya & John are the perfect hosts with a lovely and well-maintained property. The communication from booking to check was excellent. We were personally welcomed on-site and shown around the property, with Maya leaving us some fresh home-cooked cookies!!! I can not recommend the Boathouse at Narooma more highly.

Time to relax and enjoy life at the Boathouse

Thank you Maya & John for a wonderful stay at the Boathouse. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the water, shops, restaurants and cafes. The Boathouse offered everything we needed with good parking at the front door, clean and tidy accomodation with very comfortable beds and all amenities to self cater whether using the kitchen or the excellent bbq area. We also very much appreciated the lovely cheesecake and muffins provided by Maya, a special touch. If you are looking to explore Narooma and surrounds, the Boathouse is an excellent choice to use as a base. Hoping to return again soon.

Misrepresented

The photo for this listing prompted my booking but was dissapointed to find there was no water view & we were on the main highway. Therefore the photo advertisement was a misrepresentation.

A lovely house with easy walk to inlet and shops.

Maya is a superb host. The Boathouse is in a great location at the inlet and walking distance to beaches and shops. A big plus to have ceiling fans as well as AC.

Cozy Cottage

We had an enjoyable stay at the Boathouse. Nicely presented and comfortable accommodation. Such a warm welcome from Maya, the baked cheesecake was a lovely surprise. Couple of things needing attention. Bathroom and back bedroom doors hard to close. Busy Road but not too much of an issue. Such a great location close to IGA and restaurants. Great fish n chip shop up the road. Would definitely stay again!

A little piece of paradise

Quietly understated this property has all you need. The ideal location to explore and drink in the beautiful paradise location of Narooma. Comfortable beds and great shower for when you come home from the beach. For me it was a great escape that met my needs perfectly. Would stay again in an instance.

Great Location

We stayed at the Boathouse to spend Christmas with family who live in the area and this property met our needs perfectly. It is close to everything, walking distance to the cafe, shops and right across from the bay. Being an original cottage is has it quirks but the owners have refreshed it and made it feel like home. I was particularly impressed and surprised with the how comfy the bed in the main bedroom was. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area visiting.

we found property to be in good location, but in need of some attention, windows in some rooms don't open, bathroom door does not close, fan in bathroom/toilet does not work properly. Back bedroom window does not open so no ventilation as door has no security door on it. Property is in need of an update.

Judy, we are VERY DISSAPPOINTED YOU HAVE WRITTEN THIS ABOUT THE BOATHOUSE! Maya and I, try very hard to make all guests feel very welcome, your review has a very negative effect and I wish you told us of your concerns when you were here! All windows open, the Bathroom door does close and lock, yes their is no security door, as this door is not used, entry is from the living room door, the fan in bathroom has started to make a noise so I have now replaced it. Please Judy can you retract or change this review, you have said nothing of cleanliness or comfort and linen and towels provided all for a very good price, we try to make you very welcome with fresh flowers and everything ready for an easy comfortable stay. Please can you contact Stayz as this really effects us. Please let us know. Maya and John
