Summary:
This modern character filled beach home is within a minute’s walk of Middleton’s popular surfing beach. With four very spacious bedrooms and two large entertaining areas this is an ideal house for two families to get-a-way together or for a great bunch of friends to catch up and enjoy a fun filled relaxing holiday.

The Space:
The upper level has an open plan lounge and dining area, modern well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, convenient powder room and access to the balcony. Split system airconditioner, Smart TV.

The lower level has four big bedrooms, main with ensuite, large family-sized bathroom, living room and laundry.
Split system air conditioner. Portable fans for all the bedrooms.
Ample off street parking is available with enough room for the boat or jet-ski too.

With being so close to the beach, the home is ideal for those who just want to pack their beach bag, walk out the door and in minutes be rolling out the towel on the sand to start soaking up the sun and fresh air.

Awesome Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Whilst the weather wasn't very good, the position of the house and the amenities, made it easy to stay entertained.

Great holiday house

Plenty of room for two families. Upstairs actually has a large modular lounge which was a pleasant surprise. Kitchen well equipped. Appreciated the coffee machine Easy walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Christmas at the best beach!

A fantastic house with sea views in walking distance to one of Australia’s best beaches! Spacious, airy and well equipped for a family stay or stay with a group of friends. Top storey living gives sea views and sweeping vista of the vaste paddocks. The nearest shopping and restaurants are in Goolwa, a picturesque coastal town with lots of history!

Summer Salt Middleton

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Property was presented in a clean and orderly state. It has all modern amenities with lovely views in all directions from the up stairs level. Can thoroughly recommend.

Ideal location and fantastic views

The house is in an ideal location where you get the best of two views, the sea on one side and then the rolling hills and paddocks the other where you can even spot Kangaroos in the morning. A very quick 5 min walk to get down to the beach and easy drive to Goolwa for all the essentials. The house was clean and comfortable with all the necessities you need including a full kitchen, two televisions and DVD players, electric BBQ and chairs for the balcony. Lots of carparking space for multiple cars. Plenty of room for two families and with all the bedrooms on the lower level and living upstairs meant that the kids could be asleep while the parents enjoyed their evening. Would certainly stay here again!
