OVERVIEW:

The MOST LUXURIOUS 5-STAR Condo ON THE BEACH - Within the gates of the Punta Mita Private Resort where the world renowned Four Seasons and St Regis Resorts are located. Our Premier Club membership allows our guests to enjoy access to all of Punta Mita s services and amenities, including both Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, both Resort Beach Clubs, Restaurants, Tennis Courts, and Gym Facilities. Please note that Punta Mita has implemented a User Access Fee (similar to a resort fee) which is in addition to the nightly rates charged and requires up front payment or Punta Mita will not issue the renters access cards. The fee they are charging is $66.70 per person over 13, $40.02 per person 5-12 and nothing for those 5 and under.

This Exquisite 3950 SF Vacation Home is one of the most Luxurious, well-appointed & impeccable oceanfront condos in Punta Mita; adjacent to the 7th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. You’ll have an VIEW from EVERY window. From the Grand Patio & Master Bedroom you will see the vast expanse of the ocean & our pool below on the beach. At night, the city lights of Puerto Vallarta are visible with the moon glistening on the ocean.

As our Condo is one of the few located directly on the beach, your view of the ocean and mountains are unobstructed. All of the condos located behind our home have limited views which are obstructed or above the roof tops of the 4-beachfront building in front of them – Buildings 1 to 4. We are in building 3.

Children will enjoy being right on the beach. You will enjoy the security of being able to watch your children on the beach from our Patio.

The sparkling waters, pristine beaches, coral reef and occasionally rocky coast inspire a host of delightful experiences: sport fishing, sea kayaking, whale watching, surfing, paddle boarding, sailing, diving, spearfishing, snorkeling, swimming with dolphins, horseback riding, mountain biking - and more!

Furnishings include the Highest Quality Pillow-top mattresses with Egyptian Cotton sheets, and Goose down pillows. 3 LED TV s, HD Sky receiver and Smart TV's.

Our on-site concierge will arrange for your airport transportation, grocery shopping, fishing excursions, and a variety of in-condo services such as: massage, manicure/pedicure, surfing lessons, sailing or boating, restaurant reservations, and many other activities.

Great Stay!

The unit is amazing and very close to the beach, pool and Punta Mita restaurants. Joe, the concierge was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was a problem with the hot water while we were there and Joe explained that it was in the process of being fixed.

This was our family’s 3rd trip to punta mita. By far the best location we have stay at yet. Condo was spacious , comfortable and very well appointed. Cant wait to return.

Beautiful place in a perfect location. We've been to Hacienda De Mita 3 times and love it! This unit was beautiful, clean, spacious and right on the beach w/amazing views. Property manager was also great. Can't wait to go back!

The condo is large and each bedroom with the exception of the bunk bed room was spacious. The kitchen was big with nice high end appliances. Great views of the ocean with fantastic sunrises and sunsets. Olga, the housekeeper is amazing and catered to our every needs. She helped to make our stay enjoyableA couple of small items which is why I give it four stars instead of five. The hot water didn't work very well in most of the bathrooms. The golf cart is a nice feature but is in need of repair and it's turning radius is terrible making it hard to maneuver. Much hard to drive than the ones I own or have used in the past. Slight miscommunication with the concierge when it came to our desire for breakfast on the first day.Overall, we would consider staying here again and would recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful

We absolutely loved it here! The place was clean and nice with a view that can’t be beat! We enjoyed having a delicious breakfast cooked by Marcella. She kept our condo clean and it was so nice to have all our laundry done by her. Joe was so attentive and helped us with everything we needed. We even left an item behind and he did his very best to get it back to us. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation!

Amazing Experience

This was our second trip to Punta Mita and HDM. Even with our first experience being exceptional, our stay this time somehow surpassed that very high bar. Nick was extremely helpful and responsive during the booking process and the property is even better than described and shown in the photos. Joe went above and beyond in helping us with some additional requests that made our stay even better. And Marcela was amazing every day with her meals that we are still talking about even weeks later! Can’t recommend this property enough. We can’t wait to come back soon!

The property was just like the pictures online. Super nice amenities and a wonderful view. The access to golf courses and beach clubs was an invaluable perk. Having a washer/dryer was super helpful in limiting our packing, especially with us having a 4-year old. Most of all, the concierge service was top notch. We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay in Punta Mita

My family and I had an excellent ten day vacation at this property. Joe, the concierge, ensured that our airport pickups were seamless and that our groceries were pre-purchased and stocked. Throughout the trip he had thorough and quick communication and made making reservations a snap. The condo is well appointed and beautiful, and having access to the golf cart was spectacular. We split our time between the pool at HDM, which we had to ourselves, and the clubs at Kupuri and Pacifico. The whole area is stunning! We really loved being able to walk to town so easily (five minutes) and enjoyed the dining there. It was our first time in Punta Mita and will definitely be back to Hacienda de Mita!

Perfect vacation!

Wow!! My sister always raves about Punta Mita and now I understand the hype. This place is amazing. From the minute I booked this trip, I knew we were in good hands. Everything was top notch, and the location is perfect within the gates of the Punta Mita community. And right outside the gates, there are amazing restaurants that are easily accessible. Our concierge Joe met us at the airport and drove us to our house. Joe was so helpful the entire trip…Helping with restaurant reservations, getting extra things that we needed, etc.. Amazing person. And our housekeeper Marcella made us the most amazing guacamole and pico three times while we were there. If you are looking for a truly relaxing get away to paradise, this is the place to be! I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will absolutely be back.

Our rental was a dream.6 adults and a 1.5 year old.Joe the concierge is very helpful for all scheduling needs.My daughter did find us a more reasonable transport back to the airport on her own though.If you provide all the items for Laura to cook you breakfast, you will be very pleased.Be aware that she will stay for a few hours to do laundry and clean, so if you want privacy..you might let them know that you will handle your own towel washing.the unit has everything and is immaculate.warning!the 3rd bedroom with two beds(one is hard as a rock)an nobody wanted to sleep there.The view is slightly obstructed by one palm trees, but you can see most of the surf.The pool is warm and the jacuzzi is great.We visited all beach clubs and liked kapuri the most because it has a lovely infinity pool. and easiest to wander into the surf.The surf in front of the unit is really not for swimming.

Everything you could want!

This place is spectacular -- right on the beach, steps from the private gate to Punta Mita Village, golf cart access to all the Beach Clubs in Punta Mita, best concierge in Mexico (thank you for everything Joe!), delicious breakfast (thank you Laura!). Seriously, don't even think about it, just book it!

Amazing family space

The location and amenities were fantastic. There was space for everyone to be together for eating and hanging out as well as space for everyone to get a little quiet time away from each other. The pool was directly below our window and the surf beach just a short drive away. We had everything we needed!
