Gorgeous Beach Front Condo- Premier Member/Superb Cook/Housekeeper/Golf Cart

Registered guests staying at our condo will have full access to all of the amenities the resort has to offer through our Premier Membership. This includes Four Season’s Jack Nicklaus Pacifico and Bahia Golf courses, 10 tennis courts including 8 pickle ball, 2 Pádel courts and fitness center. Golf, Court and fitness fees apply.
BEACH CLUBS: Punta Mita Beach Club Access:
Punta Mita has introduced a one-time, per-person access fee for vacation rental guests, replacing daily food and beverage minimums at the beach clubs. This single fee provides access to all Punta Mita beach clubs and amenities for the duration of your stay, offering a more seamless and economical experience for the beach clubs.

Pacifico Beach Club (with full restaurant, 2 pools, spa, Paddle/Surf Board rentals, children's play area, and more), Kupuri Beach Club, includes restaurant, spa, beach activity rentals, Children's care center, along with play area. Sufito's beach club is a smaller more intimate beach club with an amazing pool with beach cabana chairs and a floating Island at the end of the pier. There are water sport rentals, sup boards, hobie cat, jet ski's at this club along with the Sufito's restaurant.
Simple but yet sophisticated, the El Surf Beach Club located at La Lancha, is about a 15 minute ride from HDM. La Lancha is know for great views and the surf break. Open during the day for breakfast, lunch, drinks and evening dinners. Dinner reservations advised.
St.Regis Beach club, is fabulous if you want to be pampered. St. Regis beach club can be accessed if the hotel is not at maximum capacity. Hacienda Beach Club: is located right next to our condo.
Food and drinks are available for cash only. This is a great place to get together with your friends/family that are staying at other condos.

Our condo has all the amenities of a 5 star resort but with the comfort and convenience of home. The Hacienda de Mita Condominiums are the only ocean front condo’s within the Punta Mita Resort that are truly beach front. To make things better, our condo is one of the four buildings that truly walks out to the beach. It has three large ensuite bedrooms and one smaller bunk room with 3/4 bath, with comfortable sleeping for up to eight guests. The condo is equipped with a washer & dryer which is located in the bunk room.

Our house keeper Candy is a delight and speaks English too. She will be available 6 days a week. Candy will supply daily housekeeping services along with cooking breakfast/lunch/snacks if desired.

The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all open to each other. There is a 20 foot wide set of stacking doors that opens the dining room and living room up to a very large (30' x 15') private balcony overlooking the ocean. We have gone all out to make sure there is plenty of comfortable seating, 85' flat screen TV in the great room, 55" Tv's in the master bedrooms, Roku TV and Apple TV, Youtube TV is our main app for US TV. The entire condo has a water purification system that covers every faucet in the condo, with an additional extra RO faucet at the kitchen sink. We have added a water cooler as well.

Our condo is in the best location for walking into the town of Punta De Mita with many excellent beach front restaurants, most on the beach. Within the gates of the resort you will have access to our 6 passenger, Ikon Golf cart, tennis, golf, beach clubs, and restaurants.
Prior to arrival, you will be introduced to the concierge team. The concierge team will assist with planning your vacation; including shopping for groceries, scheduling transportation for your arrival, dinner reservations, a whale watching tour, or whatever other adventures you may have in mind. Concierge will greet you upon arrival.
Hacienda de Mita and the Punta Mita area is very family oriented. It's the perfect vacation for some R&R, or if you like to be very active, this is the place for you as well. Great surfing, paddle boarding, Kiting, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, whale watching, biking, golfing, tennis, pickle ball, Padel, walking/running paths ,hiking, horseback riding and more!
We have a maximum of 8 people per rental. This does include children/babies. Our condo is not to be used for parties or large gatherings. If you are traveling with friends/family that are staying in other condos, please be respectful of the residents in HDM and abide by the Rules & Regulations. If you are interested in large gatherings, the HDM beach club is the best place to do so, on the HDM property. There are many residents that spend their winter months in Punta Mita; and we would like our guests to be respectful of that fact. Quiet times are from 10 pm -8 pm.
Punta Mita has a new state of the art Hospital which provides excellent care.
Security and safety is world class throughout Punta Mita. All gates have 24 hour security along with the beach in front of the condo.
