Inside As you enter the property from the upstairs entrance, you'll find yourself in a spacious and inviting open-plan lounge room, dining area, and kitchen. The layout is designed to create a seamless flow, allowing for effortless socializing and relaxation. The first bedroom awaits on the left, offering a cozy retreat for guests.
Moving down the hallway, you'll discover three additional bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. A well-appointed bathroom is conveniently located nearby, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. Downstairs, you'll find another inviting loungeroom and a convenient kitchenette, allowing for additional relaxation and entertainment options. A second bathroom is available on this level, providing extra convenience.
Outside From the downstairs area, you can access the backyard, which offers outdoor furniture, a BBQ for delightful alfresco dining, and a private jetty. If you're planning to bring a boat, worry not, as this rental provides boat mooring facilities.
Whether you choose to unwind on the front verandah, basking in the refreshing sea breeze, or relax on the back verandah, enjoying tranquil views of the water, you'll find ample outdoor spaces to soak in the beauty of the surroundings.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

We stayed with friends for a birthday, the house is in a great position with good views. We had an issue with the hot water which the property manager rectified as soon as they were able.

Beautiful waterfront views.
House very dirty. Dust, webs, spiders, Ants everywhere inside & out.
My child has allergies to dust, which made the stay very frustrating. Hence why we had to leave earlier than planned.
Would not recommend unless a good clean has been done.
Loved our stay at this property. It was exactly what we were looking for, a property on the water, with it's own private jetty and a fence. Getting to the property was easy, great access and plenty of off road parking. Picking up the keys from LJ Hooker was simple and straight forward. The house was clean upon entering, beds as advertised (in fact I think there were more that we anticipated!) The kids were comfortable in their bunks and we chose the room adjacent, which had a comfy mattress.
We had to change the batteries in the TV remote, but luckily found some in the draw in the kitchen. No wifi available and limited phone reception but we didnt really need to access the internet. We changed the gas for the BBQ which was straight forward through LJ Hooker, but the actual barbeque was not very powerful, it took a long time to cook sausages and burgers even on the highest flame.
There were limited pantry items. It would have been nice to have more standard pantry items available but not necessary. Also, make sure you pack toilet paper, none provided!
All in all, a great property in a great location! Communication with Kerry was fine through the app. No major issues, kids loved it, we loved it!

Nice location
The place is in a beautiful location, right on the water. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. One problem is the cleaning standards. When we arrived the house was simply dirty, dust in every room, dead insects on the window frames. I left it in a better condition at check out than it was at the check in.

What a wonderful spot! Very relaxing sitting on wharf fishing and then up on the veranda for a drink. The only thing I found it wasn’t overly clean.

Best Xmas Ever
This home has great views and was neat, tidy and well presented. The location is excellent, everybody had fun fishing and swimming off the large wharf, and the kids liked being so close to cater crescent island that they could paddle board back and forth. Would recommend!

This is the second time we stayed at this property, no problem first time, this time we were inundated with insects in every room, they had sprays but I am asthmatic and another allergies to sprays so we all have bug and insect bites, mattresses very lumpy and stained bedspreads, if your not fussy about being bitten buy bugs then its a good place to stay.

Dissapointing :(
Very Disappointed Lawns Overgrown BBQ filthy no gas unusable, laundry dirty and OHS issues with power in the laundry, no ventilation in bathroom & loo so smelly, some cooking appliances/pans dirty, tables sticky all noted on arrival.
Owners need to seek a new agent
Would have been great property if the house had been properly serviced
The knocking noise as previously reviewed is frogs next door pond and fans in bedrooms would help on hot nights

Nice renovation but needs a safety review
The fence lock has been mounted too low my 3 year old son could open the gate to the jetty. And the hot water heater needs a restrictor as it is boiling hot. The renovation is very nice but a few minor issues with no ventilation in downstairs bathroom has caused a terrible wet musty smell. A few pedestal fans or celing fans in bedrooms would have been nice as the air con does not reach the bedrooms. And we had a constant knocking noise coming from the inlet side of the property that would start at sundown and go all night until morning which made sleeping hard.
