This neatly furnished, well-appointed 2-bedroom townhouse is only a 500m level walk to the many delights of Nelson Bay Marina and the township of Nelson Bay. Stroll into town for an evening meal or enjoy a refreshing drink while you contemplate your next adventure perhaps head out on a dolphin watch cruise (daily), whale watch cruise (mid-May to mid-November), hire a boat, kayak or SUP, or take the kids down for an ice cream at the Marina and watch the fishing boats coming into the bay as the sun goes down.
This townhouse has 2 fantastic swimming beaches close by, with the lovely Dutchies Beach 800m in one direction and the beautiful main beach of Nelson Bay 900m in the opposite direction - either way, it's only around a 10 minute walk until your toes hit the sand. The tree-lined Bridle Path that skirts the picturesque coastline of Port Stephens is also very close by and great for a scenic morning walk, run or bike ride. Further afield is the main shopping centre of Salamander Bay or many fabulous beaches including One Mile, Fingal and Birubi, all patrolled during the summer months.
This 2-bedroom townhouse features modern furnishings and is air-conditioned downstairs. A wide and welcoming entry alcove opens to a comfortable living area downstairs with a large plasma TV with DVD player, which leads outdoors to the entertaining courtyard and outdoor setting for 6. The well-appointed kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge, offering all the benefits of home. This level also has an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, plus a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find the 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds, and the bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet.
Secure parking for 2 vehicles is available in the large garage.

The Place was tidy but not overly clean and was showing its age. The biggest negative was the bed, it was one of the worst beds we have slept on. And made for an uncomfortabe stay.
The cupboards & crockery weren't clean. Previous patrons had put away filthy dishes, mugs, glasses etc. Some sticking together. Whoever overseas the cleanliness of this place has done a very poor job. The downstairs windows at the back of the property cannot be locked. So it was a case of informing the people who manage the property & there response was don't leave anything of value inside. With a complete disregard for general safety of myself & my friends. No attempt was made to resolve the issue immediately when brought to their attention, nor was there an offer for any type of refund or reimbursement either partial or in full. I would not be able to recommend anyone to stay in properties managed by this group in future without a vast change to their approach to looking after units like this one. It might be that the owner is unwilling to bother to remedy some of these issues. As the window lock problem is not new.

Great location, air con not as advertised
Very suitable with 2 separate bedrooms and extra toilet downstairs. Stay was somewhat marred by the property advertised as having air con, but on arrival it didn’t work. Agent told us it was awaiting replacement but I feel we should have been made aware of this. The only downside of this property was without the aircon it was uncomfortably hot.

The key pick up was simple although the envelope had an unclear number on the front and the number on the remote didn’t match the unit number. It created a bit of confusion. The unit was in a great location and it was perfect for our needs. The only thing that would have made the unit better would be air conditioning on the top level as the lower air conditioning doesn’t reach the top floor. The outdoor barbecue wasn’t there. Other than these things we really enjoyed our stay in this unit.
