Go for an early morning stroll along the stunning beach, kick back over a leisurely long lunch by the water, then enjoy a night out with dinner before walking just the few minutes home to your bed. Wests Nelson Bay is only 2.1km away, where you can enjoy entertainment, bistro meals and raffles, and golf enthusiasts are not forgotten with a championship 27-hole golf course and club house 3.9km from the apartment which offers a pro-shop with club and cart hire, restaurant, bar and gaming lounge. The Nelson Bay Marina and CBD are approximately 3.5km away, with dolphin watching cruises departing daily, as well as Tea Gardens ferry, parasailing, stand up paddle boarding, boat hire, cinema and so much more.

In your beautifully appointed townhouse, step out from the open plan living area to a covered balcony with outdoor ceiling fan and views over the communal rear yard, which offers picnic tables and gas BBQ as well as plenty of grass for kids to play. With a modern, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning and TV's in the living area and both bedrooms, plus balcony access from both bedrooms and the main bathroom with a corner spa to luxuriate in, you'll have a very comfortable base for your holiday. The laundry offers washer, dryer and 2nd toilet, and a carport and driveway allow parking for 2 cars. Includes free Wifi or broadband, Smart TV, Foxtel, Blu-ray DVD and iPod docking station in the living room, and a DVD player in the 2nd bedroom.

Run down and dirty

Furniture was old and broken. Cleanliness of the property was unsatisfactory. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom didn’t work. Location was good.

Good location

Nice location close to the beach and country club. The property is in need of some upgrades and cleaning. The outside was covered in bugs and cob webs. The outdoor seating was old, dirty and just not nice. Inside the bedding and linen was old and could use an upgrade. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms and no sponge/brush for the kitchen sink to wash up. Basic soap and cleaning essentials should be provided. Overall not bad but I'd have to think about returning to this spot.

A relaxing and extremely pleasant stay in Port Stephens area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location, the staff at the managing agent we spoke to were very polite, helpful and professional (in particular Gina and Jane who were able to rectify an issue we had with the initial invoice sent to us). Margaret who we dealt with when picking up the keys as well as Mikaela who we handed the keys to were very friendly as well. All staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Location of the villa was great and just a few minutes walk to the beach. the unit was clean and spacious with all amenities and it was overall a great experience.

Reviewer Comments: Front main door very hard to open, you have to pull it hard to the right on entering.The tiles leading into the upstairs bathroom are loose and a dangerous trip hazard and noisy which wakes people up. The foot rest style table in the middle of the lounge room had a broken/loose leg on arrival.
