Awesome location and property suited our family of 4 plus 6 friends of our adult children.

Plenty of beds however we also took blow up mattress x 2. Garage for boat was great and we simply parked out the front. No issues with neighbors noting we were strict on any late night sessions inside not on balcony. Location to beach a 5 minute walk maximum to beach and 5 minute drive to boat ramp. Would go again tomorrow loved it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything went well BUT NO WIFI. We were on a sailing regatta and need access to up to date weather models. So if WIFI is a must, sadly not here. That said neat, tidy and functional for what we needed.

We sorry you had some difficulties with the key hub, I believe we were experiencing some technical difficulties that particular weekend. Our apologies for the inconvenience that it caused.

The property looked stunning, it is a very well maintained house.

We found the shower on the lower level of the house to be difficult to get in and out of because of the large step, so we just used the shower on the second floor. We also found some containers that we went to use while in the cupboard actually had water in them. They were the ONLY negative issues we found. The house was very clean and well stocked with utensils, it is definitely somewhere I would stay again.
