Welcome to Wasatch at The Seasons (Unit B)! This condo has recently been updated with new paint, new furniture and is charmingly decorated to feel like the perfect beach getaway! Whether you come in the summer and spend your time on the lake, or come during the winter months and ski the slopes of Beaver Mountain, we know you will love your time at Wasatch.

Spread out over three levels, Wasatch provides plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to make your favorite meals. The large flat screen TV is a Smart TV, meaning you can easily gather and stream your favorite movies and shows. The private deck has a private BBQ grill and outdoor furniture. The overflow parking provides plenty of space for extra cars and trailers--bring all your toys and enjoy the great outdoors!

For your convenience in planning, here is the exact layout of each of the bedrooms:

Both of the upstairs bedrooms have their own bathroom. The two bedrooms on the bottom floor share one bathroom.

Perfectly located in the heart of Garden City, this unit will fit all of your vacation needs, whether spending the weekend for a quick getaway, or a week of relaxing away from the stress of working in the city. Located directly west of LaBeau's and Merlin's Drive Inn, the grocery store/Shell gas station, and all the shops in downtown Garden City. Summit Pizza is 1 block south of Cisco.The Bear Lake Marina is less than a mile to the north of Cisco for launching your boat. Great golf courses are available in either direction, north or south! For winter visitors, you're only 15 minutes away from the best skiing to be found anywhere at Beaver Mountain Ski Area! And the amazing terrain for snowmobiling in Tony Grove or Franklin Basin attract visitors from around the the country!

Overall, the property was well kept and what we were expecting. I will say the property did have a ton of spiderwebs around the outside and in the garage, with several large spiders found in the basement. We also found overall the condo was dusty and had cobwebs on the inside.

Seasons at Bear Lake June 21-24

Overall, very nice stay. Would recommend an overhaul of kitchen utensils like knives (dull to the point of being dangerous) and a better variety of mixing bowls; maybe a cookie sheet or two would be nice, as well as dish cloths and towels. Extra hand towels for bathrooms also lacking. Wasn’t sure if bed linens were cleaned or replaced prior to our visit. Space was really nice, proximity to Main Street was very convenient. Already discussing booking again for next June. Thank you!

Great location.Comfy beds

This VRBO had so many comfortable beds. It is very well planned out with space for a large group. There are 3.5 baths so certainly enough for that large group. It is conveniently located, just blocks away from the lake. The grocery store is within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again

Bear Lake Vacation

We come every year to fly model airplanes off the lake. We have so much fun and we love to stay in the townhouse. So clean. Nicely furnished. Feels like home away from home. Thanks for a great place to stay

Great location and nice layout

As long as you are okay with stairs, this unit is well equipped to handle larger families. It is also a short walk from downtown Garden City. Parking is limited to two (one garaged) cars, but there are other spots to park not too far away.

Great gathering spot

We stayed with extended family for a family reunion at Bear Lake. We appreciate the spacious rooms with plenty of beds that allowed each family to have their own space. Great number of bathrooms as well. We could meet for breakfast or games and it made a great jumping off point for a day at the lake. A couple of things, like dish soap, weren't included (dishwashing detergent was there) that I was used to from other rentals, but it was pretty well stocked otherwise.

Bear Lake Townhouse

We did a quick family trip to Garden City and found this townhouse. It is very easy to find, has a ton of space, and beds. My kids wanted to sleep in a different bed each night. It was very clean, and felt very comfortable and welcoming. Location is wonderful very close, walking distance, to the local burger and shake joints. The grocery store in town is close for quick pick up items. I definitely recommend booking this townhouse for your trip to Bear Lake!

Girls Trip!

It was incredible! We stayed during the off season and ended up with perfect weather! The home was perfect for the 7 of us (plenty of beds to stay in!). We were walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream shops and gift shops. The home was very comfortable with plenty of kitchen space and lots of bathrooms as well! It was nice having the garage to park in. We will most certainly keep this home in mind for future stays and recommend to all of our friends! Thanks!

Great separation for Gorls and Boys

This was a senior trip for my daughter and her friends. Some of them were boys. This place was set up perfectly. There was enough space in the basement for all the boys to stay and enough space upstairs for all the girls. Kitchen and living room in the middle close to everything in Bear Lake. It worked out fantastic!

Short but sweet

This was our first time in Bear Lake, and the townhome was perfect. We arrived on a Weds and found it to be more than enough room for our family of 6. The beds were very comfortable, as was the living room space. The location was also perfect. We walked to all the restaurants and enjoyed the raspberry shakes in the evening. Unfortunately, we had to utilize the Bear Lake urgent care ( literally a block away) and due to an unfortunate illness (stupid Covid) we packed up and left Friday evening. We definitely will be back!
