Sugar Top 2504- 5th floor Grandfather views, rented by Sugar Mountain Lodging
This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the Grandfather Mountain view side of the Sugar Top condo complex. The high rise building features a cozy lobby, gated security, an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness room. This one has the best wifi available, a Sleep Number bed, new 55" tv in living room & a washer/dryer! Bed sizes are a king, a queen and a queen sleeper sofa. Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil.
Please note that Sugar Top does not have air conditioning. However, hen you're this high on the mountain, there's always a breeze.
The units only have a 38 gallon water heater , due to space limitations.
This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat. .
