The location and property were very good , clean and comfortable I recommend them very highly

I was is in the service industry and know how important it is to address problems when they happen. We had a problem when we arrived but the owner went out of their way to take care of the problem even though they were on vacation them selves ( in Europe ,) the problem was solved to our satisfaction and we were compensate for any inconvenience we had. I highly recommend this location and the owners of the property.

Great family friendly spot

We stayed for seven weeks while our home was being remodeled and we could not have been more comfortable here. The owners go out of their way to make your stay great and we were only 5 minutes from everything you could need.

Home was bare ones but sufficient.

There was a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke. I do have a good nose so most people may not detect it. Property was bare-bones but sufficient. TVs were not easy to use. No cable. No extras. Seating ok but not real comfortable, not warm and inviting.

Great communication with property owner

The property owner was great to work with and responded to questions and requests within a reasonable time frame. He was able to accommodate an early check in and a late check out for us. The house was as advertised with exceptions to the cleanliness of the home. It was apparent as we first walked in that the home had been previously smoked in, probably by previous owners. It has a musty/Smokey smell that comes with a smokers home. The master bath shower curtain liner was stained with red mold and needs to be replaced. We also found hair in the master bedsheets but once we washed them, they were fine and actually very soft. Overall, the house could use a little maintenance, but it accommodated my families needs just fine.
