Walking distance to nearby park, easy access to local amenities, minutes from town center & easy access to Hwy18 and to the rest of greater Seattle. Stunning home in a tranquil desirable neighborhood with all the comforts of home.

Limit 2 vehicles parking on the driveway. Strict "no-party" policy and must respect the quiet family environment of the neighborhood. Download speeds up to 800 Mbps. Completely remodeled in 2018 and most recently in 2022.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Time after 9 PM. No parties allowed without exception.
Limit 2 vehicles parking on the driveway. Do not block driveway for Westside neighbors on culdesac. Garage not accessible to guests.
No service animals permitted (homeowner has medical/stroke related issues). Pet Violations will be charged a penalty of $1000.
