Second floor, two bedroom unit across the road from Little Beach with stunning water views. Tastefully decorated unit with ceiling fans in the living area and main bedroom. There is plenty of off street parking in the grounds of the complex. Fully equipped kitchen with a 3/4 size dishwasher, microwave andfront loader washing machine in the bathroom.

1, Meat left I stove from previous holiday renters and rotted stunk and would clean
2, notified manager about burst sprinkler gushing water very loud 3am each morning and was never attended to, woke me up every morning.
3, hand rail to close to toilet, me and my wife bumped out heads on it.
4, sea lice in little Beach. Enter water at your own risk, we copped it all over.
5, boat traffic to boat ramp at lottle beach from 4am onwards running over potholes, sounded very loud like freight trains
Position and View was perfect. Didn't think the place was clean enough and had to wipe down services especially the lounge. Was suprised when there was no linen or towels available and had to go buy some. I didnt notice this mentioned in the terms and condition.
Beautiful apartment very clean and comfortable with amazing water views.

Disappointed with cleanliness
Unit was not clean when we arrived - dust and dirt - and we needed to clean before unpacking. Very disappointed about this as we have had good experiences with other units rented in the area. Whole unit (including matress protectors and pillows) needed a really good clean.
