Situated just one block away from the white sand of Dune Allen Beach, Leaning Palms is a 3 BR/ 2 BA beach home with room for up to 7 guests. Featuring amazing outdoor spaces, and a convenient central location, this home surrounds you with chances for both relaxation and adventure.

Entering the front door you will be met with unsurpassed decor that has a feeling of home. The first floor has a very open floor plan that includes the gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room. In the fully-equipped kitchen you will find all the utensils necessary to cook a full meal. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining room furnished with a very chic table and seating for 6. When finished with your family meal, walk over and relax in the spacious living room. On the first floor you will also find the bunk room and one of the bathrooms.

When leaving the first floor you will follow a staircase up to the second floor where you will find the two King Masters. All of the bedrooms in the house have flat screen TV's for you to use during your stay. On the second floor you will also find the second bathroom that is shared by the two master bedrooms.

The exterior of the home boasts many amenities that are sure to make your stay very enjoyable. When approaching the home you will be welcomed by two amazing daybed swings and outdoor seating for the entire family. The house also features several other decks off the front and rear of the home. When you are ready for the beach, the walk to the sugar-white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast is only 500 yards away. There is even an outdoor shower to wash off all the sand from your journeys to the beach.

Open the garage and you will find everything needed to keep the little vacationers happy. This home comes with two kayaks, a paddle board (YOLO board), two bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a corn hole board. The washer and dryer are also located in the garage area. Come make beachside memories and surround yourself with tranquility and chances for fun when you book your next trip to this lovely Florida home.

A great house in a perfect location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house more then met our needs and was in a perfect location. A really short walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable house with a wonderful porch for relaxing. Great neighborhood as well. Will definitely stay here again.

We had such a lovely time at leaning palms. The beds were comfy, the house had all the amenities as listed, it was clean, and the location can’t be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

Great place…so good I don’t want others finding out

We had a great time at this property. It was perfect for our family, and it’s sometimes hard to find rentals that are appropriate size for one family and not big groups in this area. Having a place that had almost everything we needed for the beach helped us have to pack so much less stuff. It is as described and it was great for us. Walking distance to beach access point and Stinky’s restaurant. We loved this place and will be back again I’m sure. Hope no one else finds out about this gem so we can snag it again.

But needs some TLC. Exterior looks quite aged by comparison to the pics but the house was really clean and offered plenty of room for my family of four. Rental company was great to work with as well.

This property is a mess. Pealing plaster from the walls, dirty couches, holes in the walls and doors that are hardly openable.

Great get away

This house was the perfect fit for our family of 4. A block away from the beach couldn't be beat. We enjoyed our daily/nightly walks there as well as the close proximity to Stinky's Fish Camp for lunch, dinner, drinks and live music. House was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Two large porch swings were our favorite places to relax for coffee or afternoon cocktails. Few items need attention: cleaning or replacing the coverings on the indoor couches and kitchen chairs, an outlet in the main floor bathroom would be beneficial, and more hangers available in all the closets. One negative was the construction happening next door that started at 7 AM-5PM every day. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and truly enjoyed our stay at Leaning Palms in Dune Allen Beach.

Great house for vacation!

I was impressed with the obviously new remodel. It is decorated very nicely and attracts attention. The swing beds are the best feature, we spent so much time there! We had a 3 month old baby with so getting to the beach was a struggle. A smaller umbrella that the women could handle would have been handy. Also, there is no sound barrier in the house, you can hear everything from upstairs to downstairs. A hair dryer would be handy for renters to have as well. Maybe add a few more items in the kitchen, it was a little short. (plates, basting brush, skillet cover) It was a short walk to Stinky's, that was handy. The house was nicely cleaned. Some smaller pillows would have been comfortable, I didn't sleep well at all all week. Overall, I would rent again. Thank you.

Great location, comfy beds, wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay! You are just a short walk from the beach. Beach cruiser bikes are included in the garage! Although we experienced a lot of rain and didn't get to enjoy the porches much, there is brand new patio furniture in the back and the porch swings are to die for! Everything worked great for us. We did have a few light bulbs that didn't work, but the property managers were called and they were there the same day! Great customer service! The only thing that is needed is an electrical outlet in the downstairs bathroom and maybe not leave the toilet bowl cleaner brushes out in the bathrooms (faint toilet smell). Otherwise, I would give it five stars! Loved all the bike decor, the fridge worked fine for us, and everything was comfy (couch, chairs). The porch does have a lot of paint/wood splinters and is starting to sag by the front door, but I'm sure they are going to be working on that. There is a meg-mansion being constructed next door, but the hammering didn't start until 8am and was done each day by around 5, so it didn't bother us. Thank you for a beautiful home and great stay!

Cozy, relaxing, great location

Our stay was very relaxing, as this was just a quick getaway trip before school starts. We booked with only 1 month notice, so there really wasn’t a lot to choose from in this area last minute. When pulling in, the curb appeal from this house is beautiful! There was some construction going on close by, but we always remember to bring sound machines. This house was very close to a beach access, but keep in mind that although the access is very close, there isn’t a big enough area for the public. A lot of the beach closest to this rental is private. If you want more room, you’ll have to actually drive down further. With that in mind, I really think that a golf cart would be a great addition to this rental! Some other things that came up that we thought should be addressed are- the house needs sprayed. We saw one small cockroach in the downstairs bathroom, but not until the day we checked out. As stated on other reviews, the furniture covering inside and outside needs to be cleaned! Also, the very dirty vent behind the upstairs toilet needs cleaned. Some things that need to be added to this rental are a broom, dustpan, & pot holders. Overall, it was a relaxing stay at a cute & cozy atmosphere.
