A great house in a perfect location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house more then met our needs and was in a perfect location. A really short walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable house with a wonderful porch for relaxing. Great neighborhood as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a lovely time at leaning palms. The beds were comfy, the house had all the amenities as listed, it was clean, and the location can’t be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

Perfect size for 5 of us and could have fit 2 more. Very clean, updated and all needed amenities. Great location with a 1 minute walk to beach access and the beach is the best in the area. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great location, plenty of room

But needs some TLC. Exterior looks quite aged by comparison to the pics but the house was really clean and offered plenty of room for my family of four. Rental company was great to work with as well.

Great place…so good I don’t want others finding out

We had a great time at this property. It was perfect for our family, and it’s sometimes hard to find rentals that are appropriate size for one family and not big groups in this area. Having a place that had almost everything we needed for the beach helped us have to pack so much less stuff. It is as described and it was great for us. Walking distance to beach access point and Stinky’s restaurant. We loved this place and will be back again I’m sure. Hope no one else finds out about this gem so we can snag it again.

Fun

The place was great ! Had so much fun and close to the beach enjoyed our selfs a lot. There was a couple of things that needed to be look, refg. Wouldnt get cold on top and couldnt get fire stick to work downstairs on tv ,refg. In grage didnt work and only two wash clothes . Other then ,that beds where wonderful house was great ! sure enjoyed or stay would come again

Great get away

This house was the perfect fit for our family of 4. A block away from the beach couldn't be beat. We enjoyed our daily/nightly walks there as well as the close proximity to Stinky's Fish Camp for lunch, dinner, drinks and live music. House was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Two large porch swings were our favorite places to relax for coffee or afternoon cocktails. Few items need attention: cleaning or replacing the coverings on the indoor couches and kitchen chairs, an outlet in the main floor bathroom would be beneficial, and more hangers available in all the closets. One negative was the construction happening next door that started at 7 AM-5PM every day. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and truly enjoyed our stay at Leaning Palms in Dune Allen Beach.

Great house for vacation!

I was impressed with the obviously new remodel. It is decorated very nicely and attracts attention. The swing beds are the best feature, we spent so much time there! We had a 3 month old baby with so getting to the beach was a struggle. A smaller umbrella that the women could handle would have been handy. Also, there is no sound barrier in the house, you can hear everything from upstairs to downstairs. A hair dryer would be handy for renters to have as well. Maybe add a few more items in the kitchen, it was a little short. (plates, basting brush, skillet cover) It was a short walk to Stinky's, that was handy. The house was nicely cleaned. Some smaller pillows would have been comfortable, I didn't sleep well at all all week. Overall, I would rent again. Thank you.
