About this property

5-star 3-bedroom home with theater and hot tub!

You will love your stay in this beautiful, peaceful area. This is a ranch-style home very close to town but in a quiet neighborhood with small hobby farms and orchards.

We live in the top portion of the house. Yours is the bottom portion (not a basement), which is 2100 sq ft and is a separate private living space with a private entrance. It is beautiful with high ceilings and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry facility, theater room, and wifi. 2 high quality queen beds, 1 full size bed with memory foam, and one quality twin bed. There is also a very nice queen sofa sleeper and two smaller couches. It has granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, 9-ft ceilings, and real hardwood floors throughout. Your unit has a walk-out entrance with a beautiful yard with a large lawn.

Your access is the bottom (north entrance). There are no steps and it is wheelchair accessible. There is a keypad with an access code that will be sent to you after booking.

One dog is allowed with a $100 pet fee, but only on a case-by-case basis. Please message us before booking and tell us about your pup (breed, size, age, mannerisms). Also, your dog must not be left alone in the home while you are gone (there is a wonderful doggy day care just one mile from us).

We will interact with you as much or as little as you'd like. Feel free to ask us about local sights and restaurants. And, for a very reasonable rate, we would love to take you to the lake on our wakeboard boat for wakeboard/surf lessons, or to show you some amazing hiking or mountain biking trails.

This is a very peaceful neighborhood, very near to town but also tucked away and very safe. Most of the neighbors have small hobby farms and orchards (no roosters nearby, thankfully). The views from the house are gorgeous.

This is Southern Utah... so, no public transportation. You'll need a car. If you really want to experience the full beauty of this area then bring (or rent) a 4x4, 4-wheeler, or mountain bike and explore some of our beautiful back country.

*House Rules*
Please, no shoes in the house. We know that you're on vacation, so we know there will be a lot of smiles and laughter (hopefully). However, because this is a multi-unit house please keep things somewhat quiet after 10pm on weekdays, and 11pm on weekends.

Also, please only 5 people in the hot tub at one time. Please shower before getting into the hot tub, and please completely dry off before going back into the house (hardwood floors don't like water).

Great Family Getaway!

After hiking Zion Park with four kids, this a perfect spot to rest and revive. Great quiet location. The Unit has a Jacuzzi, perfect after a long hike! The home theater made for wonderful evenings as well. The host Brian is very communicative, friendly, and accommodating! We would highly recommend to our friends and family.

Winter Getaway

Wonderful first visit to Zion, great location to explore the beauty of the area. Just a short drive to the National Park and we also highly recommend Red Reef Trail and Three Falls Trail that are more local to Hurricane. House was perfect to return to - clean and warm, and our family made full use of the hot tub, movie room and outdoor grill. Fantastic vacation and would love to return, maybe to experience a different season.

Wonderfull stay & host!

Brian was very responsive, extremely helpful with recommendations whenever we asked, and the jeep tour we took was AWESOME! His place is lovely, very accommodating, well appointed, comfortable, and just overall AWESOME! It was an easy and short 40ish min. drive to Zion, and considering not right in Zion/Springdale, what we got for what we paid, was AWESOME! In short, it was AWESOME! ;-) Book and enjoy! Clean. Good location. A few minor things but the hot tub and outdoor space was great. Also loved having the 2 bathrooms in the hallway for all to share. I would stay there again.

Zion / Bryce Canyon Trip to celebrate HS graduation

Brian is a most gracious host - informative and friendly - with great regard for his guests' privacy. The property is clean and comfortable - lots of space for all, nicely furnished with a super bonus of a home theater! The beds are very comfortable - we all slept so well. A great location to stay while visiting the national parks in the area. Easy to find by way of the directions provided in the welcome email. If we vacation in the area in the future, we will definite stay at this property again.

Perfect location for outdoor adventures

This property was perfect! The house was clean and well organized with plenty of space to hang out comfortably. Perfect location to be able to head out and enjoy the area’s outdoor adventures and we looked forward to coming home to the quiet, friendly neighborhood, cook a meal, relax in the hot tub, enjoy the big screen and sleep in comfort.

Clean, Comfortable and Great Location

It was a great stay. It was clean and very comfortable. Short rides to Zions, Sand Hollow and Coral Pink Sand Dunes. Nice patio to sit and relax outside with a theatre room inside to enjoy a movie. They were great to rent from and you will like it.

Inflexible Manager, Comfortable Property

We booked our trip before Covid 19 was an issue in our area. VRBO advertises that they ask their manages to be flexible during this crisis. That is not what we experienced at all. Our county was put on a stay at home order about a week prior to our trip. I asked the manager if we could reschedule. He refused to work with us at all. We ended up going because we would loose out on the money. The manager asked for an arrival time. His check in states 4:00 PM. I said we’d be there around 7:00-8:00 PM. We arrived at 6:10 PM, it’s hard to predict traffic. He was cleaning and the property was not ready. This made me nervous and wonder why it was being done last minute. We came back at 6:30 PM and were told it wasn’t ready and it was our fault because we had said 7:00-8:00 PM. If you have a 4:00 PM check in the property should be ready prior to that. We ended up driving around with tired kids because it was not ready. The property was clean and comfortable. Due to the lack of flexibility from the manager, we will not use VRBO again.

Wonderful home and location

Enjoyed our stay for our girls trip to Zion. Very roomy for 6 of us. Enjoyed the hot tub and theater room. Beautiful view of mountains from from front door and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Great visit to Zion

My 4 brothers and I had a great visit to Zion National Park and it was all made possible by finding this beautiful house in Hurricane. Brian was a great host and his property had everything advertised. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking each day and the theater room and DVD library were excellent. The beds were comfy, the BBQ and kitchen provided some good meals, and we just had an overall great visit. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Terrific Space and Host

Stayed here with a large group to canyoneer in Zion. Everyone was so happy with the rental and location. The hot tube was a delight! Brian was so helpful and available when we needed him. The neighborhood is very quiet.
