Unfortunately the premises where generally unclean. Oven did not work, bedding was stained, BBQ filthy, microwave splattered with food, . We left early, too much for us.

I'm very sorry to read your feedback, as we genuinely take a lot of pride in providing a clean, well-maintained property for our guests to enjoy. This is a family holiday home that many returning guests come back to each year. Bedding and appliances are always cleaned and washed thoroughly prior to each stay and replaced when required. Just to clarify, the property does not include an oven as noted in our listing, and the stovetop was operating correctly. This is something that could have been easily resolved during your stay with a quick message if I was to be made aware that you were unsure how to operate something. I am a very responsive host and always happy to assist. We appreciate your feedback and will continue doing everything we can to ensure all guests have a great experience.

We were very comfortable staying at this accommodation with a huge lounge for our family. The house however was not well cleaned with lots of hair and dust under the beds and spiderwebs around the ceiling. The outside area was also very dirty.

We had a great stay at Jess' place. For a late booking before a busy long weekend, we were thankful to find Jess' place available in such a convenient location. There was ample space for the four adults that stayed, with plenty of room to spare. We pulled up and saw quite a few cars parked next door and were worried that we might have disturbed sleep, but we didn't hear a peep. Either the neighbourhood is very respectful or else the house has very solid sound proofing. There was no wifi or smart TV, but Jess let us know this ahead of time so that we could plan accordingly. The BBQ was clean and we were never short on crockery. Checking in and out was simple and communication from Jess was great throughout! The house is not perfect, but for the price and location, it ticked the boxes we were needing and we wouldn't say no to staying at Jess' place again.
