Hi Peter and Ivy, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the property did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points regarding the concerns raised. The main bed is a standard-height and is not unusually high. We appreciate that bed height can be a matter of personal preference, and we’re sorry it was difficult for your wife to access. In the second bedroom, there is a small walk-through gap alongside the bed which provides access to the wardrobe, although we appreciate that the space is relatively narrow. The blinds in the main bedroom have previously been professionally cleaned. Unfortunately, there are some small permanent marks/stains remaining in the fabric that cannot be removed through cleaning. We will, however, have our team inspect them again to ensure they are in an acceptable condition. We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback, as it gives us an opportunity to review these items and ensure the property is maintained to an appropriate standard for future guests. Kind regards, GCHH

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Amenities
There were no towels and bed sheets at all so I had to bring all my towels and bed sheets. Also, there was strange smells in whole house so I felt uncomfortable in sleep time. I think the price was very expensive without essential amenities so I never recomend this property.
