Excellent location in great neighborhood only 4 miles from Disney and 20 minutes from airport. The pool overlooks a wildlife pond so there are no backyard neighbors. The large pool faces south for all day sunny enjoyment and is completely covered by screened lanai. The outside patio/eating area is under the roof. The inside floor plan is perfect for two families. Common areas located between bedrooms gives privacy, yet central location for fun together. Large master suite features king bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, seperate shower, walk-in closet. Two bedrooms with two twin beds in each, another bedroom with queen bed - large bathroom with tub/shower - plenty of closet space. Flat screen TV's with cable in living room and 3 bedrooms.

The kitchen has all the appliances you could use, but the house is close to restaurants if you don't wish to cook. There are also lots of restaurants that deliver right to the front door if you just want to relax next to the pool.

Family had a great stay. The house was the perfect size for our family. We have stay in several other houses and this was the best equipped and the best one we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable and furniture was perfect. We also loved the neighborhood.

Fantastic property

The villa was fantastic! It was spotlessly clean and had all the equipment we needed. The pool area was pristine, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The layout was great, and the neighbourhood was quiet, felt safe and very well located, making our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Perfect Villa and Location!

Great location, very close to Disney, traffic never an issue. Villa was clean, well equipped with a great pool. We had an issue with the air con on arrival but Linda and the local property manager couldn't have responded any quicker, everything back to normal within a few hours, fantastic service! Highly recommended!

Perfect Location

We stayed here over the holidays (3 adults, 2 kids). The location is perfect for the Disney parks yet quiet and safe. The house is well appointed and there was no extra charge for pool and spa heating. Payments and deposit refund were handled fast and efficient by the owners. For our next visit to Orlando, we would certainly stay here again.

Home away from Home

This was a home away from home. Perfectly equipped, including a slow cooker. Comfortable beds, living room perfect to unwind from a busy day at the parks, didn't miss a thing, enough linens of any kind, kitchen ware, etc. Amid a silent neighbourhood, at 15 min. from Animal Kingdom, and a huge Walmart less than 5 minutes away. Had some neighbours firing fireworks on July 4th, which added to that pure American feeling. Thank you Linda, for allowing us to use your home during our vacation.

Occasionally we experience unexpected breakdowns - a service call was requested as soon as we were made aware. There is a coffee maker - but “sorry no expresso machine”.

We really enjoyed out stay in Linda's Rolling Hills home. Everything from the booking process through the actual stay went very smoothly. We had a few issues that were quickly resolved by the homeowner and the management company, Robin was great. This is at least the 6th home that we have rented in the Disney Area. Rolling Hills is the perfect location. We did a jam packed Disney day hitting 3 parks. At about 4:30 we were tired and hot so we went back to the house and swam. We were at Hollywood Studios less than two hours later. The house was perfect for my family of four. Hopefully, we will return.

Ants n No response

great location and a nice house but there were ants all over including in the yard around the driveway, the master bed is very uncomfortable and the heat in the spa did not work. Ants in front bedrooms were so bad that they were in our luggage. We requested to leave a few days early but received no response from the owner.

As soon as the renter informed us about the ants steps were taken to get rid of them - the house has been cleaned before their arrival so the ants invaded after that cleaning. The property manager sprayed as soon as he was made aware - both inside and out. The problem with the heat in the hot tub was also addressed as soon as it was determined it wasn't working - unfortunately it was several days before service people were able to schedule a call. These were both unexpected things that were beyond our control. As far as the master bed is concerned that is an individual preference - I have had no complaints from other renters.

Worn down property that needs some TLC

This property was a disappointment. The home needs a lot of maintenance. There were ants in the kitchen, we could not use the master bath shower because it was filthy. The entire home needs to be repainted inside and out. We would not rent this home again. The property manager did try and contact me but did not leave a voicemail. Have had other great experiences in Orlando through VRBO. With some maintenance and TLC this could be a great rental due to the location and the pool!

I was sorry that this renter feels that my property was not up to their standards - I have been renting it out for years and have not had any major problems- my property manager tried several times to get in touch with them to rectify problems - regular maintenance is scheduled and future renters should be satisfied

Perfect Disney Stay!

This was the perfect property for our stay- super close to Disney, clean, well equipped, and the pool was lovely. We had some issues with the spa and were able to have someone there within the day to take a look. We never did get the heat in the hot tub to work, but everything was so perfect otherwise that it didn't matter. We will definitely be back to rent again.

Great Vacation!!

Property is in a great location and the house is honestly, much nicer than the images show. We had to communicate with the property manager during the trip and it was easy, fast & friendly. I also had an opportunity to communicate with the owner after the trip ( due to a mess up on my part) and she was kind, understanding and professional to work with. Thanks so much to the whole team that is involved in this home rental!!
