Located in the prestigious Windsor Palms, the finest gated community in the area, the Villa is tastefully appointed and decorated to make your vacation stay easy, clean and comfortable. The Windsor Palms Resort has the highest repeat renting rate for a reason: It is the best location to the Disney parks, shops, restaurants and the airport. The Club house offers beautiful pools, a hot tub, access to racquets and athletic equipment and is welcoming, newly renovated and very well managed. The pool (both Olympic-size and kiddie-sized) and the fully stocked Tiki-Bar provide the island vacation vibe for which you've been yearning!
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 full-baths with upgraded Blue stream fiber optics internet, to help you stay in touch with family & friends. The luxurious open living room leads to a private pool. Our pool (Heat optional) has privacy walls along the side for the utmost privacy during your stay. The pool deck features a patio table and chairs, as well as lounge chairs to enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful Florida weather. Safety of our youngest guests is our top priority; the doors leading onto the pool deck have been equipped with safety locks and there is a fence around the pool.
The bedrooms are theme-decorated for the Disney enthusiast in your family! Choose your favorite characters! The well-equipped kitchen provides the opportunity to prepare your own food onsite on the days or nights you decide to forgo a visit to the many fine local area restaurants. The villa has two Master bedrooms with en-suite full baths, and two themed bedrooms that share an adjacent full bathroom. The kitchen, dining room, and living room areas are open and spacious, and the pool area is visible and can be observed from those areas through 6 panels of sliding glass doors which lead to the lanai covered pool patio. Each bedroom has its own TV.
There are palm trees lining the roads and intermingled in the beautifully landscaped resort. The Clubhouse (located just a close 150 yards from the villa) has every amenity including an Olympic sized pool, 50 seat cinema , an extensive arcade/game room, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball court, basketball courts, full workout room, sundry shop AND a Tiki-Bar!
Within a few miles, there are many fine restaurants, all kinds of shops, miniature golf courses, and of course, Disney! Universal, Gatorland and Margaritaville and Orlando are also within a short drive.
Nearly adjacent to Windsor Palms is Mystic Dunes - a 5 star golf course. Also, located very nearby is the Arnold Palmer designed world-famous golf course, The Legends at Orange Lake.

House worked perfect for our stay. Very convenient if going to Disney parks. Kids loved the pool, it’s small but can definitely provide a few hours of entertainment! Only complaint would be for a 9 day stay we had to buy garbage bags, toilet paper, laundy detergent and dishwasher tabs as enough weren’t provided.

Property did not disappoint. Very clean and convenient to almost all Orlando attractions. Private pool was a nice addition although community pool was less than 5 minute walk. Only complaint was couches in great room were older and compressed to the extent that they were uncomfortable and difficult to climb out of. Overall the property did not disappoint and was nicer than expected.

We are two families that got together and bought this beautiful villa more than 6 years ago. My wife and friends are avid marathon runners and love the runs at Disney. They have done the goofy which is 15 mi first race than 26 miles the next day
Between us we have 10 children who thoroughly enjoyed our vacations over the years. There is so much to do in the area between Disney, Universal, Sea World, Gator World, New Ropes course, 5-star golf course, Water Parks, and endless restaurants, . No one wants to go home at the end of our vacation, and it seems many things we wanted to see or do could not fit our stay and will have to wait till next time.

Why they chose this property

Windsor Palms the gated community that our villa is located is perfect for a Disney vacation. It's a quiet, safe, and relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Night time swims in the pool are a treat. There is a lot to do at the clubhouse, which is just 100 yards away, when we are not at the parks.The Windsor Palms Resort has the highest repeat renting rate with a reason: it is the best location to the Disney parks, shops, restaurants and the airport. Also the club house is very well equipped, designed to be user friendly, newly renovated and very well managed. They just added the Tiki Bar & Grill at the main community pool!

We have spared no expense in appointing this luxury home to meet every need that you may have whilst visiting the theme parks and attractions of central Florida.

What makes this villa unique is that its located in the prestigious Windsor Palms Resort. It is closer to some Disney parks than if you had stayed at one of Disney hotels, especially if you know the back way down Sheribeth Rd to Osceola parkway.
