Best of both worlds; chalet located on a private lot in the woods and only 3 miles from the village!

EVL Chalet nestled in the woods, next to our creek and just 3 miles from the village. Relax in the covered hot tub and enjoy the sounds of nature! Our chalet is perfect for hosting 3-4 families, business travelers, large groups or multiple couples with each having the privacy of their own room. 25 year old min renter age and 14 guests maximum please. Beds: 2 King, 1 Queen, 3 Full, 2 twin, and 2 couch spots. Permit #T-RENT25-00214

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are only an hour way if needed.

We are nestled in the woods and only 3 miles from Ellicottville village. In addition, we are on the same street (1/4 mile) as Holiday Valley tubing. There are also 6+ state parks with 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place and 2 acre lot is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, bath & hot tub towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have boards games, dart board, poker table & set, and five TVs.

This property was everything we needed and more. We enjoyed spending quality family time in the large open living room with a cozy fireplace. The entire place was stocked with everything from kitchen needs, to towels, to games and more. The back and forth communication was quick and easy. We will definitely be back!

Ellicottville hideaway

My husband and I spent a few days at this property and it was top notch and exactly as advertised. The manager was responsive and kind. It was just far enough from town to allow you to feel that you had escaped, but close enough to town for convenience. Comfy bed, lots of towels and well stocked for basic essentials in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Loved it and will return again!

The property and the Chalet are beautiful. Plenty of space for 20 guests. Hot tub was great! Especially in November! The dartboard was a hit! The kids loved the loft sleeping arrangement. Cabin was filled with everything we needed. Well decorated for the holidays. Overall great experience! I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Ellicottville Getaway!

We LOVED our stay! The house has an ideal setup: The loft bedroom is far from the other bedrooms, making it easy for some to go to sleep early while others continued socializing. The hot tub was great! It's a nice, quiet, private property, too. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals for 14 people. It's a great location, too. If we ever have occasion to gather a group that large again, we'll be back!

This property was beautiful. We had 14 ladies from age 24 to 62 staying there for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend. The host has thought of every possible need of his guest. The place was Immaculate, and comfortable. Multiple of our guests want to go back with their families including the guys this time. Would highly recommend this rental!!!!

Beautiful location

Very clean property and house. The heating of the rooms is uneven; the upstairs bedrooms become very hot in the middle of the night even when you turn off the fireplaces. The lower bedroom was very cold. Almost all the time unless you left the fireplace burning. The stairs off of the deck going down to the yard could both use a safety railing to hold onto. My 91-year-old father had a very difficult time. Other than that the property is as listed and in very good condition. We also appreciated that it was well stocked with all the amenities including condiments, salt, and pepper, cream and sugar and all the things that you would want for a short stay.

Ski Palace Dream

We have been going to HV to ski for over 6 years now with friends and family. This was the first time we needed a larger home due to more families coming together fir the trip. We love this property. It is clean, friendly, furniture great, beds soft, blankets and probably the most well stocked VBRO I have ever stayed in and my family is a regular user of VBRO. We had a problem with our door code and my cell coverage was nil but drove down the road to contact Randy and he reset it. Lots of towels, hot water plentiful and hot tub was great. The only warning I would provide is when running the fireplace, the heat goes straight up to loft so it gets very warm. Shut it down early, run the fan up there to keep circulating the hot hair. The kids all slept up there and first night was way too warm, had to open windows etc. I think if you just down down fire 1-2 hours before everyone goes to sleep, it’s way better. The location is great too. Only about 8-10 minutes from HV! We had a great time and if we get a bigger group next year, we will rent again!

If I could give this stay a 15/10 review I would. Randy was beyond communicative, before and during our stay. Our original house had an problem with the hot tub that wouldn't be fixed in time for our stay so he called and gave us the option to stay at another property because of the issue. I've never had a property owner call and be so upfront, then provide a better option for us to fix the problem. The house itself was amazing; fully stocked, like anything you could possibly think of needing was there, clean, spacious, etc. We would absolutely stay at one of these properties again.

We have been going to Ellicottville since we were young. We have also spent most of our birthdays and anniversaries in Ellicottville because we love the area so much. So when we though of doing a vacation rental we choose something we love and can use when a guest in not using it.

What makes this property unique

Our chalet is really the best of both world Ellicottville has to offer because it is so close to the village and all this awesome community has to offer, but it is nestled in the woods. There is really something relaxing and euphoric about being in the middle of such beautiful nature.
