3 living spaces and a sleepout there is space for the whole family to find a spot to relax and escape.
Architectural house built on passive house principles. Air tight with mechanical ventilation keeps the internal environment comfortable year round.
The house is located at the bottom of the Mt Iron walkway, near Three Parks shopping Centre and opposite a children's playground.
The property is fully fenced. Total of 1350m2 and heaps of parking.
The main living space is a lovely entertaining kitchen with stainless steel bench tops. The kitchen island has a breakfast bar with stools for four. Ceramic stove top with good quality cookware makes cooking easy. An oven and a second oven / microwave combined unit gives many options. The kitchen opens with 5mt sliding glass doors to a sheltered south deck, here is a outdoor dining set with BBQ.
The dining space is central in the house with views in all directions. The table seats 8 comfortably but we have additional chairs to seat 10.
The living room has sheepskin stones and sheepskin rugs from Wilson & Dorset and natural leather sofa. TV and NetFlix are available, through an apple TV box. Music can be sent to ChromeCast or plugged in through headphone jack.
Another living space is in the sun soaked mezzanine. The 4th bedroom is located here in a secret spot behind a curtain, with a queen bed.
The west end has two small rooms with queen bottom and king single top bunks. With a separate toilet, shower, living space. The rumpus room has a smart TV and NETFLIX and big drawers filled with lego, toys and dress ups.
Master bedroom has its own bathroom with double head shower and bath. This is located on the East side of the house with a door to the bathroom just beside the kitchen / dining area available without entering the bedroom which is great for kids bath time.
The Sleepout is a separate space attached to the garage at the front of the property (10mt from the road which is a quite cul-de-sac). This space was purpose designed for having grandparents visits. There is a shower which runs on its own gas heating, and a toilet. The bedroom is 4 x 5 mt and has a Smart TV with NETFLIX. This only available when paying for more than 10 guest where additional charges cover it.
The 1350sq/m section is fully fenced, making is safe for children and animals. Allenby Park is just in front which has a fantastic children's playground and BBQ. Mt Iron walkway starts 50mt down the road at the end of the cul-de-sac.
